Staff is always rude to me over the phone and has absolutely no real knowledge of what they're talking about. Always get a different story when I speak to my pharmacist or when I'm actually able to see my Dr different story again. My prescriptions constantly run out. My family Dr is pretty much useless and decent seem to care. We need real help here. We are patients not another $ on your paychecks

I have been going here for over 3 years and I had experienced nothing but professionalism, kindness and helpfulness. I personally recommend them. I am not sure what all these bad reviews are… Dear Haters: you don’t know how to communicate that is your fault. Lab costs aren’t their fault, thats the LAB. If you are about to run out a med and you have to go in to renew because there is a new doctor, thats NORMAL! When your prescription is running low, you call the pharmacy as well as the doctor’s office and don’t expect anyone to do this simple task for your lazy butt. Have a good day.

If you need testing, don't rely on this place. I begged for testing for years and my symptoms were blamed on a myriad of diagnoses with no testing. Went dowmstate where I was given MRIs on the 1st visit and within 5 months was diagnosed with both LYME DISEASE and MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS. Monroe cured my Lyme, but the damage is done. And now that I have a fatty liver it's being attributed to "history of alcoholism" though I've been clean for years and had 3 normal abdominal scans (downstate obviously) after I got clean. I would love to know why doctors downstate run testing so easily, and doctors up here choose not to? I am now physically disabled and I am convinced had I stayed downstate, I would've received proper care for a higher quality of life. I came back up here to raise my child somewhere safe and because i absolutely love Marquette. But if you have a chronic illness and want a high quality of life, Marquette ain't it. But at least we'll die somewhere beautiful.

i missed two appointments, one of them because of a death in my family that day, and i got a letter saying that i was no longer allowed to receive any care, including emergency care. and on more than one occasion when i would go in for my appointments they were behind, sometimes over an hour.

I recently took my mother in for an appointment who is in a wheelchair. The room they stuck her in was dirty. A broom seriously in the corner, dirty ear things on the counter, pillow and tossed linens on the counter. It was gross. the Dr was very kind but in all my years of nursing I would never put a patient in a room like this. I would have taken five minutes to clean it up. When pointed out to the nurse she laughed.

I saw Eliza Annelin for my new patient appointment as well as to get an old injury looked at. I've never felt more heard and carred for with any other physician, she listened to everything I said and then offered me a plan moving forward to pin point the pain and resolve it rather than rushing me out the room. Before I left she had 2 follow up appointments scheduled for me as well as multiple tests ordered. I am so happy I chose to see her and can not wait to continue having Eliza provide me with fantastic. Healthcare..

Marquette Family Medicine have always taken good care of me as a patient. They communicate well, respond promptly when I have questions or concerns, and they are always very flexible! Dr. Kates is my PCP and he is absolutely wonderful. He is attentive to my needs and is always willing to work with me. I trust him wholeheartedly and appreciate the services he provides!
