Knew they had stolen merchandise and refused to cooperate. Reported to the police, city and state license bureu. Never shop somewhere that runs an illegitimate business. Remember you are licensed by the city and state. UPDATE TO REPLY: Actually the employees there actually told me that items without serial numbers can’t be reported stolen thus they stay in their store even if you knew it was yours… let’s say by putting a unique mark on it. But they will get their day to face their maker.

These people's attitude when you pick up your product whatever it is you pawned is absolutely insane it's almost like they don't want you to pick your stuff back up I go in there to pick it up and the smart elite goes well we gave you cash so we expect cash back there's an ATM right there the ATM charges $5.50 I wonder how much Mr money is getting I will never shop here or go here again these people's attitude absolutely is horrendous
