Looking for an honest to goodness, caring, and professional jeweler, Barnes and Co. is your shop. We worked with them from March - October 2021 and received only this highest quality service, personal touch, and pieces. There's was no pressure and Rachel was very responsive to our needs and desires. She was a lot of fun to work with as well! I would gladly recommend this shop and Rachel to family and friends. We did shop around and speak with several jewelers, and Barnes was by far the top tier leaving others in the dust. Most jewelers either didn't seem to care about helping us find the best rings or rushed us. Barnes did the complete opposite. They have several collections to choose from and are able to customize rings based on preferences. They communicate readily and honestly about everything from design to production and payment to delivery of goods. Barnes Jeweler's is the best! I took my broken down old wedding ring in to be fixed and it was beyond fixing! So I picked out a new setting! And it is Amazing! I love it so much I can't stop looking at it! The customer service is wonderful! Jennifer Tromp was so awesome and worked with me on getting a beautiful new ring! And I had my Mom's rings fixed and sized so I could wear them and they are beautiful and I cried because she has been gone 12 years and I was not able to wear them! Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and inventory is outstanding. They have such beautiful jewelry and other personal items. My rings always look brand new when I get them back, and they take great pride in customer service. One of my rings I was nervous about them being able to fix, but they fixed it and made it look brand new, very pleased! My wedding ring looks immaculate and would definitely recommend them!
