Staff is rude uppity think Mexicans can't afford to shop there. I was immediately followed once in the store lol

The women who work in the fragrance department are patronizing and unwelcoming. This is the CONSISTENT atmosphere. I asked for a sample of the Tiffany love and was told they don’t have samples. She was mid 50s, Spanish with a short haircut like a bob. As I opened up my bag after purchasing the fragrance I realized the woman who rang me up put a sample in there. These women are liars. I’m going to taking my business to Dillards moving forward. I spend too much money in Macys fragrance departments to be treated like I’m impoverished and inferior.

Great store with great variety of items to shop from. Have great deals on their clothes, though some are a bit pricey.

Miriam(hope I have her name right)in the mens fragrance department is amazing! she is nice and knowledgeable I've gotten multiple fragrances from her recommendations.

11/26/23-Went in and couldn't find any plus size clothing. I went to ask an employee where the plus size section was and she and another emoyee informed me that Macy's is no longer carrying plus size clothes in stores. You have to go online. So according to Macy's plus size people don't have the right for equal access to shop in stores and should just stay at home so people don't have to look at them. Thank you Macy's for fat shaming.

Macy's had a Black Friday sale going on and it is awesome. I picked up a T-SHIRT for my son for $10 bucks. Awesome!! Not sure how long the sale is going, so you better get over there.

Macy's had a wide variety of sales from 25 to 70% off. The staff was really helpful. I haven't shopped there in many years but I would like to go back now

My favorite place to shop. When they have sales it is almost giveaway prices. Took away 1 star not enough cashiers in store. Easy parking even when its holiday time .
