I was a new patient here and saw Dana for my first appt. She wrapped both my feet in her white tape method. A method I was told was 20 years old and her very own method. Her method obviously needs to be perfected or updated or maybe not used at all. I went to physical therapy with severe foot pain and she just made it worse. It has been 8 days and I'm going to end up with a scar. But believe me when I say Dana could give two hoots. She was texted a picture of my foot by another therapist and never said a word back. I asked to speak with someone in charge and was told my therapist was the only person in the building. I'm sure someone will give a hoot real quick like now. I just truly hope they do away with the Dana Ridge method so that no one else ends up with burns and scars on their feet and no one caring that it even happened.

great location, very professional staff. Anna took great care of me and I love her enthusiasm for her patients. My issue was resolved and I'm very pleased with the entire location. Will definitely recommend !

This week I graduated from my PT sessions. 🤗 I received recommendations for Ferrell Whited from family and friends. I had shoulder surgery in March. Sara and Amber were very knowledgeable as to what I needed for my recovery. They were also kind , considerate, and patient with me. I will miss seeing them and other staff but will return for therapy when I have my knee surgery😀

The staff here is wonderful and understanding. They spent time every session to make sure I was progressing in my therapy. Can't recommend them enough!

This is Vicki McMillen not Eli! I finished my PT today and I want everyone to know how caring and wonderful all the therapists are. I had back pain and they worked on it until it was gone. I can’t thank them enough. It’s a great place to go if you need services.

Everyone was nice enough, but unfortunately I felt very unheard by the woman I saw at my appointment. When I told her I had previously been to PT and certain things didn't work for me, she told me to try them anyway. It felt like she didn't trust or believe me.

Just finished therapy today they are the best around! All the therapists are great to work with I would tell anyone to go here! Tyler is very caring and will give you a good workout to get you moving!!

My sessions always started on time. My therapist, Tyler, chose exercises that were spot on for loosening my lower back tension and pain. He provided varied treatments and exercises. He advised which exercises for me to continue on my own. I appreciated the caring attitude of my therapist and the professional and cheerful atmosphere of the whole facility. I would definitely recommend Ferrell- Whited to others.
