First
of
all,
I
wanted
to
have
this
tooth
extracted.
I
have
had
root
canals
on
the
teeth
on
both
sides
of
this
one.
Both
done
at
different
dentists.
One
of
which
failed
and
started
an
infection
that
required
an
oral
surgery
to
correct.
(a
whole
other
review)
I
didn't
want
three
teeth
in
a
row
with
crowns
and
dead
tissue
in
my
mouth
so
I
said
"yard
it
out
of
there,
Doc"!
This
was
before
I
had
heard
of
the
gentle
wave
procedure.
I
went
home
and
spoke
to
my
wife
about
it
and
she
was
already
online
looking
for
alternatives.
That's
when
we
discovered
the
minimumly
invasive
Gentle
Wave
root
canal
procedure.
I
got
on
the
phone
and
called
3D
Endodontics
15
minutes
before
they
closed.
No
answer.
Left
a
message
and
did
not
expect
a
phone
call
until
the
next
day.
Less
than
5
minutes
later
the
phone
rang
and
it
was
Becca
with
3D
Endodontics.
(They
scored
big
points
with
me
right
then).
I
asked
a
few
questions
about
the
procedure
and
how
long
it
took
and
so
on
and
she
gave
me
prompt
and
accurate
answers.
So
I
asked
when
is
her
next
available
appointment.
Not
until
February
23rd
she
replied.
That's
over
a
month
away.
With
the
infection
in
my
mouth
that
was
definitely
too
long
to
wait,
and
she
knew
it.
So
she
suggested
that
I
be
put
on
the
standby
list.
So
I
agreed
and
was
put
on
the
standby
list
but
was
not
expecting
a
call
until
the
following
week
at
the
earliest.
The
following
day
at
about
2:00pm
I
received
a
phone
call
stating
that
they
had
had
a
cancellation
and
that
they
had
a
3:00
available
if
I
wanted
it
I
could
have
it.
So
I
agreed
and
went
directly
there
after
work.
Not
more
than
45
minutes
later
I
was
done
and
walking
out
the
door
like
it
was
a
basic
teeth
cleaning.
I
couldn't
believe
how
fast
and
efficient
they
worked
to
get
this
root
canal
completed.
However
I've
had
multiple
root
canals
in
my
life
and
I
know
what
the
next
day
feels
like
typically
after
the
numbing
wears
off.
I
was
expecting
to
wake
up
with
a
sore
face
and
not
being
able
to
chew
on
anything
on
that
side
of
my
mouth.
However,
it
was
a
complete
opposite
The
only
thing
that
hurt
was
my
lip
where
I
bit
it
the
day
before
while
I
was
still
numb.
The
tooth
and
root
canal
had
no
pain
whatsoever
even
while
eating
my
breakfast
still
no
pain.
It's
now
mid-afternoon
on
the
day
after
my
root
canal
and
it
doesn't
even
feel
like
I
had
a
procedure
done
at
all
except
of
course
my
lip.
Bravo
3D
endodontics
you
have
got
a
customer
for
life
and
I
will
recommend
you
to
everybody
that
I
know
that
needs
a
root
canal..
