This was our first time coming to the ProHealth Care Urgent Care in Pewaukee as our regular Urgent Care was unexpectedly closed due to weather. I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish. It was nice and clean from the waiting area to the exam rooms. The receptionist was very nice and checked us in quickly. The nurse was so sweet (I wish I could remember her name) with my son and explained what she was doing so he wasn’t scared. Dr. Nencka was very nice and thorough with checking my son over. I would definitely go back if/when needed.

Had the best experience today. Made online appointment and got in. Stephanie and Laurie, 5 stars each, removed bug from my ear cannel. Thanks Pro Healthcare.

I was in for a UTI and I received very good care. The person who checked me in was all smiles. The nurse was kind and understanding. And, Taylor made me feel special.

Taylor the PA and Stephanie the nurse were outstanding. The check in process with Traci went quickly. The whole team was friendly and knowledgeable. I was treated with nothing but respect. I was well taken care of. I will definitely return there if needed.

Nice urgent care quick and professional worked well w/ my autistic child gave him stickers when he started to get anxious which helped a lot very knowledgeable staff z&health care professionals will definitely go back again if needed but I hope it’s not necessary in the future fingers crossed.

It was my first visit to a ProHealth Urgent Care this morning. Both Dr Medina and her nurse were excellent and treated me the very best. I seem to be treated by a family which is ProHealth model. If needed I will certainly go back there. Thank you so much ProHealth what you do for me.... coach

Demi was very sweet with my son, she took her time and made him feel comfortable. He is usually very nervous at the doctor’s office, but she was so kind to him, he was able to relax. We were in and out within 20 minutes.

The dr’s here are very compassionate, knowledgeable, and felt they went out of their way to “do the right thing”. my family was very well taken cared of. highly recommend.

It was fast staff was excellent I didn’t know what to call pa Taylor so I apologize for that. Everything was handled with speed and accuracy more then grateful
