I was disappointed with taste of the Curry and Aloo Paratha. It tasted bland! No spices at all unlike usual Indian cuisine.

We were very pleased with our dinner here. The food was excepcional and the bottle of wine we ordered was fantastic. The place was packed when we went yet service was outstanding and fast. Their food menu is extensive and the food portions are big enough to share. We sat outside and enjoyed our meals under beautiful lights. This place is conveniently located near parking spots which is always a huge plus in downtown Boulder.

3 1/2 🌟 restaurant. Good locale and the food was good. The portions could have been larger, but it tasted wonderful. Service was below par. Our waitress took forever to get our order, drinks, and check. Never asked how our food was. However, the older gentleman (Manager?) was very friendly and checked up on us. All in all, is like to try it one more time. Perhaps it was just a bad night for her.

No buffet yet (Aug '22) due to covid so they were offering a veg or a chicken tali plate as a special. So yummy! I haven't had Indian that good in a while. Staff were great, too. Great price!!! Definitely going back.

This is probably the worst Indian food I ever had in the past 6 years. This is not Indian food at all. They just say probably just to pull the crowd. The management has an attitude of 7 star hotel and quality of a 0.5 star hotel. They need to change their attitude and behaviour with customers if they want to survive. They only had salt and pepper on the table. With the way their food is tasting they might need to place a spice tray stand on each table ( consisting of 30 + spices in order to make it taste better). Their raita was the only thing that was decent and needed no changes to it. I will never visit this place and will never recommend it to anybody I care for. This food ruined my taste and my day.

The service was terrible I don’t even know where to start so I will summarize in bullet points. 1. Only one waiter for the whole restaurant (also the host) 2. The waiter did not listen to any questions we had and willingly ignored us 3. Party of 2 but only brought one serving plate which was dirty 4. Waiter Sent our appetizer to the wrong table and after he was told it wasn’t theirs 15 mins later he brought the same plate to our table 5. He took our order in a rush didn’t ask spicy level or side options 6. He brought our food without the rice/naan till we reminded him 7. The whole time we didn’t have silverware I don’t know who manages a place like this and why. But I don’t recommend after my extremely unpleasant experience

I was served a glass with a lipstick lip print on the side. I asked for a different cup and the waiter was totally silent… We waited more than 10 min to be seated when the host was not really paying attention. Usually this place is amazing so maybe just a new guy… but a message to the restaurant.. please wash your dishes, all of them and all with soap and water…. Feel like I shouldn’t have to say that..

Delicious Indian food from many regions of India. The value is unbeatable with very reasonable prices for the quality and quantity. One thing I really appreciated was the authenticity of the atmosphere and music. Damu was really fun and filled with spirit.

Best Indian food in Boulder, no questions asked! Their Masalas, Vindaloos, and Bhunas are probably my favorites. I also recommend their lunch buffet to try new things. I ate there last weekend and the owner was kind enough to offer my partner and I free Kheer desert. It's all very delicious.

We ordered the Vegetable Pakora for an appetizer and the Chicken Korma as a dinner. Both were absolutely amazing! we also ordered 3 different Naans and they are also delicious and very authentic. The Naan was flavored just enough to where you can still combine it with the food and not feel overwhelmed. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly! Will be back when I'm back in Boulder

This is THE. BEST. Tikka Misala I've ever had. The chicken curry was also above standard. We had excellent service and received a free rice pudding dessert. I'm 1000% coming back. Edit: Went back the following day and had the same server recognize us. Food was consistently amazing and I wish I could find similar indian food back home.

I worked in this industry for a while, so I can understand and forgive a few things. This was my first time in boulder and I wanted to try some Indian food. The service wasn’t great, I had to asked for my silverware, I orders a glass of Sauvignon blanc and I got mango juice. When my food came out, I found a hair in it, when I made the waiter aware of it, he ask “so you don’t want it” well of course I don’t, there’s a hair in it. He then asked if I’d like to order another lamb vendeloo, so I said that I’d take just the sauce but half order. He brought it out with no meat and potatoes in it as if he expected me to eat the one that had the hair in it. This is why I preferred to cook my own meal.

Indian Buffets are one of my favorite dining experiences, and Jaipur's lunch buffet is right on par with that. Delicious food, pleasant atmosphere, and kind and attentive staff. Dinner was the same experience, but of course without the variety of the buffet. Definitely recommend!

Placed an order for pickup, which according to the prices listed on their menu here should have totaled $50. My girlfriend picked the order up and was charged $70 plus tip, and was not given an itemized receipt. The flavor was good, but there were bone fragments in nearly every bite of goat curry.

Great food and great service. One of my favorite restaurants in Boulder, great location too. The staff have always been amazing to me and I am grateful for their hospitality. Reminds me of what MY grandma cooks back home.

Good price for quantity, excellent Indian, my favorite of many tried in the area. Only down side ever is sometimes they forget the naan in the dinner special. But even with that the taste beats other Indian nearby!

I loved this place! Food was incredible. Wonderful vegan options. The waiter was very kind and even dealt with some very stupid jokes from my friend, Michael Simon Armstrong when he asked for their finest hotdog. Will definitely be back.

Worst. If you love authentic Indian food. 0/10 . Dont go. Limited menu . Thaali is the worst item to eat. Jaipur name has nothing to do with taste or menu here . Just a Desi theme thats all

  • 5/5 James D. 11 months ago on Google
Jaipur lunch buffet is back and only $12.95. Being a vegetarian, I like a buffet when dining at an Indian restaurant for having a variety of food options . I don't care to order from a menu and only get a 1 item entree like a bowl of Chana Masala, or Dal, or a single Veg dish. I'm very pleased to be able to enjoy a buffet again. There are only two restaurants in town offering a buffet, and Jaipur is better priced. Plus, they make their Naan to order, so it's Fresh n Crispy. Their samosas are the best around and are my favorite. They were offered on the buffet. What a great deal for $12.95 when everyone else is price gouging everything after the pandemic. I recommend Jaipur if you are tired of paying high prices when dining out.

We had a pleasant experience at this Indian Restaurant in Boulder. We visited on a weekday and had a lunch buffet. We are vegetarian, so we had samosa, tomato soup, kadhi pakoda, chana subji and naans. Food quality was excellent.

Been here many times and today was as great as always. Excellent food, friendly service and a cool atmosphere with convenient location a block from Pearl Street

  • 5/5 Mahesh C. 1 year ago on Google
My wife and I loved their food so much we went there twice in three days. Their Somosa chat was the best appetizer. The second day we loved their goat curry, bindi fry and tandoori roti. The service was excellent!!

Very good Indian restaurant with nice selection of chicken, lamb and vegetarian items. Fresh garlic Naan bread served with our order and rice pudding served for dessert

  • 1/5 Pete L. 1 year ago on Google
Terrible Service. The waitress couldn't have been less interested in answering questions or explaining items on the menu. Food was sub par. They served a flat coke, then a flat beer. Many items on the menu weren't available/out of stock. When we asked about the dinner special, she was visibly upset (because it's less expensive than their normal menu) and slapped the menu on the table and walked away.

Very nice dinner for 10 people on a weeknight. Indian Beers are very reasonably priced. And are offered in the 750 ml size. Food prices are also very competitive and portions are large as well. Service was quick and friendly. Had a very good time. Thanks and keep it up!

Lovely little place! Lots of fun little decorations all over the place, and the food was fantastic!! Absolutely nothing to complain about, especially with how nice the service staff was! Will come again to try the lunch buffet, and will encourage anyone to try it!

  • 4/5 Sunra 1 year ago on Google
This was my main Indian restaurant for 3 years maybe more. I love everything on their menu and service is great and waiters are friendly and will get to know you however 1 problem I believe there is a different cook sometimes and they make rather drastic changes to some of the dishes that were completely fine.

Second time eating here late night. First time the food was delicious and ordered it spicy and my stomach was a little upset the next day. Just ordered late night Friday night and ordered it mild. Had the chicken Tikka masala with coconut cream and vegan veggie korma. I've had food poisoning since. Today is Wednesday, still have diarrhea but thankfully shivers and cramps are gone. Food is tasty but something ain't right!

Love this place! We usually get the vindaloo and the malai kofta - both are delicious. This is our favorite Indian restaurant in the area

  • 3/5 SB D. 4 years ago on Google
Food was mediocre. It felt like food items have been Americanized, so the food lost its authenticity. Vegetarian dishes were better than non vegetarian. Had paneer butter masala, it was decent. My friends tried chicken tikka and asked for medium spicy but it was made spicy for them, Service was fine.

I love this place so much. It totally reminds me of India tbh. The interior design is so pretty and aesthetic. The foods are like 10/10. This is one of the best place I've ever been to and the quality of foods are really good. The cook is really sweet and the food that he makes totally reminds me of my grandma food. They treat people really good and they're really kind. I totally recommend this place to the one who's new to the Indian Cuisine

Honestly the best Indian food experience we've had in Colorado! Great tasting, well prepared dishes brought out quickly with very friendly service. The place also looked beautiful! Would definitely recommend the chicken korma and Bombay alu.

We order takeout from Jaipur about once a week. My partner and I think that it is hands down the best Indian food in Boulder, and we've tried plenty of other Indian restaurants around town and around America. We usually order the Paneer Masala or the Chicken Coconut Curry with extra Garlic Naan and extra rice. The people who work there are also super nice.

  • 5/5 Alexis S. 3 years ago on Google
I’ve only had Indian food once before, so I’m not one to eat much Indian food. However everything my partner and I ate at this restaurant was absolutely delicious. We got a lunch special that has a little bit of everything. Portion sizes are great for the value!

  • 5/5 Lynn B. 3 years ago on Google
I stopped in here today on a whim, not knowing anything about the restaurant. Got the lunch special, which is a nicely put-together combo. It was some of the most delicious Indian food I've ever had! I will definitely be back. :)

I used to visit this restaurant frequently when I lived near Pearl St. Now I have to order for delivery and the last 3 times, the chicken was extremely dry despite coming in sauce. The naan was too old to eat. On top of that the food is overpriced. When you spend $20 on one meal, it’s disappointing to eat bad food. I’m still giving it three stars because I had good experiences before my last 3.

  • 5/5 Justice R. 4 years ago on Google
I call this superb place every couple of days because I love the special air that is characterizes this restaurant. The crew is highly loyal and well trained. The service is extraordinarily rapid. Also, the food they cook is magnificent. I ate there many times and I was always satisfied. The payment is fair. I suggest this restaurant to my friends and family.

for an Indian restaurant they have very few vegetarian options. I was really looking for some sweet potato masala but they only offered meat options. Looks like Kathandu will continue to get my business even though Jaipur is much closer to me.

  • 5/5 Rachel S. 3 years ago on Google
The lamb curry did not disappoint - it was absolutely delicious!! Outdoor seating available and great service. Some of the best naan bread I've had. Great prices and generous portions; check them out!! I'll be back.

This place was so good! My mom and I ordered chicken vindaloo and a tikka masala with saag paneer and garlic naan. The vindaloo and saag were incredible. Everything (besides the naan) was safely made gluten free for an allergy, too. Boulder is now on code red for high rates of COVID, so we ordered at the restaurant for takeaway. The owner was very kind and let us wait at a safe distance inside since it was a cold night. We were happy to chat with him about his experience managing a small business during COVID while we waited for our order. Please support your local restaurants! Our food was quickly made and very warm. Wonderful flavors and spice. Will visit again!

Love this place. Incredible food and great people. The GM is a great guy & super helpful. Recommend veggie samosas, saag paneer, tandoori wings, Malai Kofta & ALL the naan. Must visit when in Boulder!

A big group of us went here on Christmas. It kind of felt like any regular night. Not super crowded, but also not empty. Service was good and we shared 8 or 10 dishes that were all tasty. The saag paneer was the one I really wanted more of.

We had a lunch buffet there for $10.45 with student discount of $1. The staff were friendly. There were not much variety in the menu and the restrooms weren't that clean. However the ambience of this place does give a Rajasthani look.

I came in for the lunch buffet at 1:30. A lot of the food items were a lot closer to room temperature than hot. Not very much selection, and the naan was kind of bland. Kathmandu II still reigns as my favorite Indian buffet in the area.
