We have pretty much tried every sushi place in the vicinity and Blue Ginger is the best. Food and staff are consistently great. Make sure you request “Mia” to make your drinks.

This restaurant has good sushi. The shrimp tempura is fresh and crispy. They serve all the sushi you order on a boat. It looks gorgeous. The teriyaki tofu is so good and it comes with rice and soup. They exchange my white rice to fried rice without extra charge. I will rate this restaurant 5/5.

This is a real hidden gem. I have lived in the area for 30 years and never stopped here. This restaurant is located within the Pleasant Valley Shopping Center in between Planet Fitness and Dollar Tree. We had the Hibachi Chicken & Steak can't the Hibachi Shrimp & Scallops. Both dinners came with salad, soup, veggies, and rice. The dinners came out pretty fast and hot. The Steak & Chicken was very tender. I thought the portions were very good for the price we paid. I don't know what the sauce was that was on the Hibachi dinners, but it was really good. It was not overpowering, and there wasn't so much of it that the food was swimming in it. The decor is very clean & welcoming. I can't wait to come back to try something else.

This is a hidden gem for some great food! I thought the prices were reasonable and everyone was very friendly. I forgot to take a picture of Yellow Fin Tuna, it was great. The only downside is they do not have a Sunday liquor license, so no Saké or wine. Just beer on Sunday. The atmosphere is very relaxing. Just came back again and had another great experience.

Great service and great food. I recommend the chicken teriyaki dish and their atomic sushi rolls.

There is a large variety of sushi but there are also dishes for people who don’t enjoy it. I loved the Alaskan sushi. They did have gluten free soy sauce which was an added bonus.

They are currently only TO-GO orders, but the food was absolutely phenomenal. I have always loved sushi, but am picky since the quality is not always good in Northern Ohio.. this place is not like the rest! Fresh, excellent ingredients. Good portion size, lots of fish in the sushi rolls. Shumai was delicious as well. Not a bad price, especially for the quality. I will be back in a few days 👍

We've been here twice and it was delicious both times. I don't eat fish so I tried their sweet potato tempura roll and the cucumber roll. Definitely try the sweet potato roll! My husband has tried the moonlight roll which he loved, the shrimp tempura roll wasn't as good after he tried that one. We also had a few dishes, general tso's chicken and the pepper steak. They were delicious and you got a lot of food. A nice, romantic atmosphere and good service even when they're packed. We went for our anniversary dinner near Thanksgiving and our waiter was hustling to get everyone served promptly and efficiently. Will definitely be regulars and it's nice for special occasions.

Blue Ginger is such an asset for our area. Their food is top notch. They are always so friendly and their customer service is the best. The inside is so clean and tidy. You will never leave here disappointed.

This sushi is amazing quality for the price that you pay. It is so much more affordable than a lot of other sushi places with the same quality sushi. Service was excellent and quick. Super kind. This is a sushi place I recommend to all of my friends now especially for their amazing lunch specials! Can’t wait to come back soon!

This place is a hidden gem. I ordered them on doordash kind of hesitant, but they did not let me down. After realizing it’s in a location I’ve driven past so many times, we decided to sit down and eat! Their sushi is one of the best I’ve had so far! If you do go, do try their Hong-Kong noodles, they are delicious! You cant go wrong with any sushi you order!

Very good quality! You can tell they use fresh, clean ingredients. Food is very light & refreshing; not heavy like others. Looking forward to trying other items on their extensive menu!

Extremely disappointed. Ordered take-out after hearing great things. Ordered orange chicken, fried rice, vegetable egg rolls, and the ocean roll. Orange chicken came with 3 pieces of broccoli; taste was ok, but nothing great. I certainly could have purchased better tasting egg rolls from the frozen section in the grocery store---they were tasteless. My husband was not impressed with the fried rice or ocean roll. $56 before tip and absolutely not worth it. They also packaged our cold sushi between the hot items. The sushi should have been in a separate bag. Will not return.

Miso Soup is SO GOOD! Love there variety of Sushi. The quality of Sushi is excellent. Great selection of other menu items. Only pet peeve is they charge for Yum Yum sauce (even when you ordered alot of Sushi.)*Feel it should be included without extra charge...*

Corona beer was skunked bad, I drank it and didn't say anything. The wine by the bottle was good, got an extra glass, the by the glass was very stale. Food good alcohol sucked. Mentioned the wine, the management said it was fine. Lol

This is absolutely the best and most fresh I have ever had. I discovered them after working from home due to quarantine, and I couldn’t believe food this good was right down the street! Even takeout looks like works of art. This is my#1

I have been going here for a couple of years now. It has fresh, tasty options, including rice free sushi, of you're looking. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is polite and attentive. The seating provides for some privacy, which is a must for me. When it comes to sushi, my fave is the triple three roll, a no rice option 😋.

Terrible experience. I used to love going here a few years ago so I went there a yesterday and the experience was just terrible. Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. First of all, I called to make a reservation and I couldn’t understand a single word the guy was saying . Like at least put someone on the phone that knows how to speak to people. I went inside with some friends and had the orange chicken with noodles. They were not the best. I felt so sick right after I ate like a few. Then I got the bill for like $60 for only 2 people. The other people that we were with said they would cover our tip through their card because I didn’t have any more cash on me only in my car. Before we left some worked comes running after us saying how we didn’t tip and started yelling at us but we could barely even understand him because he couldn’t even speak English. I tried to explain to him that we had our tip on the other check but he insisted that we give more. Either way a tip is not even mandatory in the U.S.A but he just wouldn’t leave us alone and created a huge scene. Finally I just went back to my car and got $10 because he wouldn’t leave us alone. Honestly super disappointed and never had that happen to me in my life at a restaurant. EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My boyfriend and I came on date night recommended by another friend. Soup was more flavorful than others Hitachi restaurants. Dinner was amazing; I orders Filet and Scallops he ordered Filet and Chicken!! Both very good and Service was amazing!, White Tuna Sushi 🍣 was a phenomenal choice!!! We will definitely return!!!

My girlfriend and I frequently have lunch at Blue Ginger and we are always happy with the food, the service, and the price. They have great lunch specials and their miso soup is some of the best that I have had at any Asian restaurant. You can go to a fancy sushi restaurant and pay twice as much but if you want a great meal at a reasonable price, check out Blue Ginger.

We recently discovered this little gem. We've dined in 3 times and take out 1 time. Really preferred the dine in experiences. The way they present your meal seems to make it more enjoyable. The wonton soup is remarkable and I recommend you get 2. You will be disappointed when it's all gone.

Never tried this place before, but my boyfriend and i love sushi. We came here yesterday for valentines day and surprisingly without a reservation we got a table in 10-20 min. And they were super busy. Especially with take out orders. Even with being super busy we still got our food fast...ish. The food was amazing! Everyone was telling me how good it was while we were waiting for a table and it didnt dissapoint. The salmon especially. Whether sushi or habachi thay salmon literally melts in your mouth. Ive never had that anywhere else.

Loved the place! Great service, delicious food and a thick menu of all kinds of Asian food including sushi, Thai, Chinese and more. Our food was ready super quick. The price was very comparative and considering great quality of delicious food and fast service, it was less then most of the places in town. I would definitely recommend to visit this place! I will visit them again for sure!

i have been ordering from you for past two years, and noramlly best sushi. Lately the sushi rolling has been the WORST i have ever ordered last three time i have ordered the sushi can not even be picked up with chopsticks just falls apart...for the price we pay for food DO better.

Elegant sushi bar with quick and friendly service. It's always a special day when we come here for a cultural cuisine experience. Worth the money, and so glad they are back to dining in finally

Great sushi and sashimi. I ordered the Godzilla roll and the Spider roll. Both were awesome. Perfect for a light but elegant dinner.. other menu options were tempting but i closed the menu really fast and stayed with the plan. The atmosphere was subdued and pleasant. Service was outstanding even though it was busy. I really enjoyed dining here.

Best sushi EVER! I go there with my friends all the time for their half-price sushi Mondays and i'm always satisfied with the impeccable service and the amazing food. I highly recommend the spider rolls.
