There
is
no
way
that
the
existing
3
star
rating
on
this
place
is
legitimate.
I
have
traveled
much
of
this
and
other
countries,
and
I
have
never
seen
a
more
disgusting
motel
than
this.
Dilapidated,
outdated,
poorly
maintained.
Much
more
than
this,
filthy.
Super
8
and
Wyndham
should
be
ashamed
to
have
their
names
associated.
The
staff
was
friendly.
The
shower
was
hot.
The
TV
worked
and
they
had
HBOs.
The
wifi
worked
but
would
not
allow
my
Roku
to
connect.
Our
first
room
was
dirty.
The
beds
were
made
with
dirt
between
the
neatly
tucked
sheets,
which
means
they
weren't
washed
between
guests.
The
comforter
on
top
had
burn
holes,
debris
included
little
paper
circles
from
one
of
those
hole
punches,
and
crumbs
of
the
popcorn
ceiling
above.
As
soon
as
we
walked
in
the
smoke
detector
beeped
for
a
new
battery.
As
they
had
no
maintenance
or
cleaning
staff
on
duty
at
that
late
hour,
they
switched
us
to
another
room.
This
one
had
(seemingly)
clean
sheets,
however
there
were
debris
left
from
prior
guests,
including
a
small
perfume
sample
bottle
under
the
night
stand,
coins
and
candy
under
the
edge
of
the
bed.
The
dresser
was
missing
a
drawer,
the
cord
of
wall
lamp
between
the
beds
was
cut,
and
the
bathroom
sink
was
pulling
away
from
the
wall.
It
also
lacked
the
amenities
we'd
seen
in
the
other
rooms
(coffee
service,
ice
bucket,
signage
for
the
wifi,
etc.)
When
I
went
to
the
desk
to
request
an
ice
bucket,
the
first
one
I
was
provided
was
dirty
and
I
had
to
ask
for
another,
clean
one.
We
had
another
room
for
our
adult
son
which
was
slightly
better,
however
when
I
checked
for
bedbugs
(a
standard
practice
staying
anywhere),
one
mattress
cover
had
a
large
and
distinct
stain
from
what
appeared
to
be
either
blood
or
feces.
Frankly
if
not
for
the
late
hour
and
our
being
exhausted
from
our
day's
travel
we
would
have
demanded
a
refund
and
left.
We
did
not
partake
of
the
complimentary
breakfast.
