Convenient to Twinsburg (really, you can walk anywhere in town from here) and the price is great. I stayed here back in 2020 and the room was clean and everything was great. Now in September of 2023 I decided to stay there again. The room looked a little darker and dingier than the room from my past stay (clock radio also had no power although it was plugged in, too, but since I usually turn those off to keep the room dark, that didn't matter), no big deal. However - sitting in bed watching TV later that evening, I noticed some kind of bug on the wall. I went up to the wall and photographed it - sent a copy to The Missus with the question: "Is this a cockroach?" "Yes". I crumpled it up into a Kleenex and tossed it... and started sealing up all of my luggage to make sure it was as safe from ingress as could be. Over the next hour and a half, I saw three more which also met their demises at my hand. I went to bed a bit worried - I didn't think much would be gained by raising a fuss at 11pm, and also figured "bugs in this room, bugs everywhere so what's the point?" My wife also said "you ought to check for bedbugs too" so I pulled out a flashlight and gave the bed a good going-over. There didn't seem to be a problem there. The next morning after coming back from a walk around the neighborhood, I mentioned to the front desk that I'd had cockroaches in my room and she immediately said that there had been a "long-term resident" in that room and that they had done a "deep clean" after he left. Well.. not deep enough I guess. A little later in the conversation, I was informed that if I hadn't booked through Expedia, she'd have been able to give me a refund. No matter, I wasn't really looking for money back, just wanted to let 'em know there was a problem to be addressed. SO - buyer beware. Check out your room right when you check in - and, maybe if you don't need to be in walking distance to the town center, consider something just a bit further out and newer.

BED BUGS!!!!!!! We checked in around midnight after attending a nearby event and were too tired to make the drive home. The lady at check in was SO nice and accommodating, however the next morning….my husband and I saw a bed bug with our own eyes. I politely asked the lady at the desk (a different one, presumably the owner) what their refund policy was concerning bed bugs. She immediately became defensive and tried refusing any refund unless there was blood on the sheets to prove they had bitten us!! I SAW IT!!!!! She then went on a rant about how nobody wants to work anymore and that’s why their rooms are so filthy, so we asked how much they’re paying and she said $10 an hour. No duh nobody wants to bring home bugs for $10 you wacko! I ended up getting a partial refund. It wasn’t awful but now I’m absolutely paranoid about bringing bugs to our home and kids. And she definitely does not intend on exterminating BTW, she said, “we could’ve just changed the sheets for you last night” …so that’s her problem solving skills! Best of luck if you choose to stay here in a pinch, but I’d suggest considering other options above all else.

I truly enjoy this location. I think the desk people are great, as well as the manager. Very accommodating and laid back. The only issue I've had while staying there, is that the rooms are not cleaned that well. The beds are always nice and fresh, but they rest of the room needs cleaned. I don't mean not picky stuff either, obvious things. I like the area though and it's decently priced.

Staff was pleasant. Rooms lacked outlets majorly, especially zero around the work desk. The ones it did have only partially worked. Iron without an ironing board. You can imagine the issue with that plus the outlet situation.

From the minute I walked into the lobby, I thought there were great touches for your everyday Super 8. The plants in the lobby were welcoming and very cozy. Small breakfast area providing the basics. Front desk gentleman was very kind and check in was very simple. Room was super clean. Smoking rooms available. Bathroom newly remodeled. Quiet. Right next to a Sheetz that you can walk to across lot. Next to McDonald's you could also easily walk to. Really nice neighborhood and close to interstate as well as the Cuyahoga Valley, casino, hiking, etc. We would totally stay again !!!!!

Room with microwave, frig and comfortable beds. Heating/cooling unit a tad noisy. Low (wheelchair height?) sink. Breakfast basic but complete.

The room was not that great..kind of wet and smelly.. I had booked this chain in different locations and all were good experiences. Also, it was noisy, some people were making loud noises by 1 am!!!

I needed a place to stay for the weekend while my home was being renovated, I chose super 8 Twinsburg and at eyes view to e room seemed clean and nice. After I took the sheets back on the bed I could tell the sheets had not been changed in fact their was what looked like bodily fluids on the blankets and makeup on the pillow cases.

The room was what you would expect, clean but dated. The front office staff in the morning are wonderful. The staff (though maybe shorthanded) was very friendly and helpful. It was a fluke that we had to stay here (other hotel problem), but it was a happy oasis in a sea of chaos that morning.

Check in process was fast. I was then directed to the other outside door in the opposite side of the building to park since my room was upstairs on that side. I parked in back and unloaded all my luggage and went to the door. My key card would not unlock the door. I called the front desk attendant, who came and unlocked the door for me. Then, the same key didn't work for my room either, I waited in the hallway for another while and waited for the receptionist to bring a new key. The entire process to get into my room AFTER checking in took an extra half hour. I was just coming off a 10hr drive. The bedspread had stains all over it, so did the pillows. I stripped the bed and slept with my own blanket and pillow because I was so disgusted. Used my Wyndham rewards platinum status points for this. Oh and when I woke up at 7am there was no electricity or phones. The front desk only said "well, sorry" when I left and checked out. Not looking forward to my next stay I already booked ahead of time. It's on 4/8

Well located to the Rock& Roll Hall Of Fame (30 min away by car), but far enough away to get a good rate. Some parts of the hotel seem worn, but not to the point that disappoints. Free WiFi, no password. I think they match your email address to guest info to control use to only guests

I liked staying here, the location & service was great. I did have an issue with my room & Ann, the manager, was able to resolve it.

There is no way that the existing 3 star rating on this place is legitimate. I have traveled much of this and other countries, and I have never seen a more disgusting motel than this. Dilapidated, outdated, poorly maintained. Much more than this, filthy. Super 8 and Wyndham should be ashamed to have their names associated. The staff was friendly. The shower was hot. The TV worked and they had HBOs. The wifi worked but would not allow my Roku to connect. Our first room was dirty. The beds were made with dirt between the neatly tucked sheets, which means they weren't washed between guests. The comforter on top had burn holes, debris included little paper circles from one of those hole punches, and crumbs of the popcorn ceiling above. As soon as we walked in the smoke detector beeped for a new battery. As they had no maintenance or cleaning staff on duty at that late hour, they switched us to another room. This one had (seemingly) clean sheets, however there were debris left from prior guests, including a small perfume sample bottle under the night stand, coins and candy under the edge of the bed. The dresser was missing a drawer, the cord of wall lamp between the beds was cut, and the bathroom sink was pulling away from the wall. It also lacked the amenities we'd seen in the other rooms (coffee service, ice bucket, signage for the wifi, etc.) When I went to the desk to request an ice bucket, the first one I was provided was dirty and I had to ask for another, clean one. We had another room for our adult son which was slightly better, however when I checked for bedbugs (a standard practice staying anywhere), one mattress cover had a large and distinct stain from what appeared to be either blood or feces. Frankly if not for the late hour and our being exhausted from our day's travel we would have demanded a refund and left. We did not partake of the complimentary breakfast.

Ann is amazing! Clean room and friendly staff. Cheap rate, nothing extravagant, but good for the price and a short stay.

This hotel has been my home away from home while traveling back and forth for a sick relative. The breakfast is OK if you're not picky about breakfast. The rooms are decent , the price is great, and the staff is very friendly and kind. If you need anything they will go out of their way to help you. I'll go back here every time.

This place was bad.I will include photos of the nasty bathroom that was in the first room we were given. A brown stain of some kind on the toilet,a used piece of soap left in the shower, and hairs clearly visible on the towels. The floor was not vacuumed properly if at all as there were crumbs and a piece of a potato chip under the desk. The 2nd room (didn't take pics, was too tired and just wanted to rest at this point) smelled of mold and the bed covers appeared to have some sort of stains on them also. The front desk apologized about the situation when checking out but I have zero confidence in this place and will never be back again.
