Horrible stay over this past weekend. There was hair on my bed and I reported it to the front desk within 1 hour of checking in while settling into my room. I asked for a new room and they said they're fully booked so can't change rooms. They offered to send room cleaning to change out the bed sheets which I agreed to. No one came for couple of hours, so I went to the front desk again and asked when they are coming to clean the room. They said they'll send someone up right away. Of course, no one ever showed up. Most disgusting hotel and terrible customer service. They obviously do not care about guests here. Never coming back again.

We stayed here a few weeks ago and my 4 year old son found an open personal sexual lubricant pouch under the night stand between the beds and was playing with it and got it all over his hands. I went to the front desk immediately and they did not even offer us a new room. They offered us some over priced ($60) bogus breakfast voucher and said that was enough compensation for a room that was not even cleaned properly. We had booked for 6 nights ($1500) but shortened our stay to 2 nights because of this. This property will not refund us our money at all for the 2 nights and just offered us a discount on a future stay with them, even though we will not stay there again. Poor customer service and no accountability. I recommend staying away from this hotel if possible. We stayed July 13-15 room 807. Pics of what we found in the room in the comments section. Absolutely disgusting.

The staff was nice, helpful, and experienced. The rooms were an issue. There was a sticky stain on the floor, the beds sanked to the hard wood beneath, there was a dusty smell throughout, I doubt the sheets and pillow cases have been cleaned in the last month, and you can hear the people next to your room a little too clearly. We don't need the greatest rooms in the world, but for 200 a night you expect better.

This is in a very nice part of town, surrounded by anything you could need for your stay. The grounds are beautifully kept and the room smelled really good and was spotless!! The lobby and staff were also very pleasant. We will definitely be staying here anytime we come to the area. We didn’t bring our children this time but I would feel comfortable having them stay here, the pool and hot tub look great! It feels like a safe place to be. One thing that might be important to someone is the our bathroom was small, we didn’t mind at all especially because the bed and room were big. One other thing that is worth noting is that breakfast is not included, you have to pay and it is a buffet. The room was priced so reasonably we had no problem ordering Uber eats for a very small delivery fee. We do usually really appreciate an included breakfast when we have our 3-5 kids but everything was so good that we would make an exception. We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Cerritos!!

Enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Cerritos Hotel. Conveniently located within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The amenities are excellent and the staff attentive. The restaurant / bar was spacious with an outdoor area. Room was spacious with a large television.

Very clean, staffing is super friendly and helpful. It's all about location, location, location. The hotel is located in a nice area of Cerritos, surrounded by a variety of stores for shopping and groceries. You don't have to go far from here to get just about anything you may need. Our staycation was very pleasant here.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times before COVID. It is a nice building with spacious and clean rooms. The bar and restaurant are open but with limited hours which is better than nothing. The breakfast buffet is very limited and nothing to write home about but they have Starbucks coffee. The bar staff is prompt and efficient. We didn't have dinner there so I can not comment on the food. Overall it was a positive experience.

I went to this Hotel for a business team meeting. I ordered 4 rooms and a meeting room. Because it was only 4 I opted out of their food package. When I got there I realized they were not happy that I didn’t order food with them and our team was. It treated well at all. We bought breakfast there and we stayed in our room but they were not shy about how unhappy they were that we didn’t by lunch with them. They charged us for a HDMI cord, they would not adjust the temperature on the room and the host was very rude to us. We had an incident where a guest brought us doughnuts and they charged us for it. The rooms were not cleaned, we felt like we were viewed as freeloaders. I will never come back there or allow my company to host events there, it was a horrible experience!

The times I stayed there I Had bad experiences. 2 different occasions the employees stole my trash bags . I bought them a day before like if I didn’t notice. Their own employees enter my room when I was with my family even though I had the sign . It was a supervisor lady. No respect. Whe I asked for bed sheets try refuse to provide the ones from cart & gave some other ones which gave my entire family itching & bites . Manager didn’t do nothing. They don’t care. A lady said they stole while she was taking a shower. Police is always there because of some Robbery. I don’t feel safe and never go back I really think their own employees & supervisor don’t respect privacy & steal . Bed bugs . Don’t waste money & time. Is not safe . Don’t go for the looks is not a honest hotel. They will steal what they can .

We recently stayed for a wedding so we stayed the whole weekend. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. The pool wasn't very impressive, but at least it was clean. We frequented the bar, and Elizabeth is amazing and makes the best tequila sun rises, old fashioned, and palomas. So if you stay and want a good drink, ask for Elizabeth!! Actually, all the staff we dealt with were really lovely. The location of this hotel is perfect there's so many stores and restaurants within walking distance. If we have to stay in town again, we will definitely come back!

Nice rooms, I was pleasantly surprised. They have a nice little bar in the lobby area as well. They have an average pool and hot tub. They are across the street from multiple restaurants, Walmart and other stores, even a movie theater, and Best Buy is just down the street. They are a little pricey. However, other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

We traditionally stay at another hotel brand but decided to give Marriott Sheraton a try as it was close to a venue we were attending. Decor of the hotel is nice, modern and bright. Rooms was the same and didn’t appear to be run down. We arrived on a Thursday and asked for our room to be cleaned at the front desk on Friday. We came back to the room very late & exhausted to find housekeeping didn’t come. As we left on Saturday morning we asked the front desk to have the room cleaned because it wasn’t done as requested. The front desk was very kind and radioed the housekeeping staff right away to have it cleaned for the day. We got back to hotel at 4pm and still no housekeeping - we approached the housekeeping staff in the hallway and asked can we bring our trash to be emptied, get coffee and get new towels. The person said we were not on the list to clean and she has to see if they can take our trash. I brought the 3 very full trash cans from my room down the hall and emptied them myself, grabbed the towels I needed, and asked her for coffee which she rudely gave them to me. Needless to say, our experience with housekeeping wasn’t good, I expect our hotel room to be cleaned when asked for a 3 night stay and even with how nice the decor looked and the kindness of the front desk we won’t choose this hotel again.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are nice. Although much better than average, unfortunately the breakfast is not complimentary and at this price per room, it really should be. Great location. Walkable to may restaurants and business.

Post-Covid this place has really stepped up their hospitality game. Everything in the room worked as expected. Towels are bath sheets- I’m 6’1” and it is almost as long as I am tall! Had a Monday Night Football watch party in my suite, ordered room service and 1 of 4 meals was incorrectly prepared. Alexis took charge and had it Re-made quickly and took it off the bill.

I went to the hotel to attend a bridal show. The hotel was small and clean, the staff were friendly and the bathrooms were clean. I can't really complain the even was amazing I got to see Kesha perform live in a really intimate setting and she was no more than my tongue touching my nose distance

Rooms were nice. Little high priced. The loud noise in lobby area due to a party was out of control. Seems the parties are valued more than the guests staying at the hotel. Same applies to parking. The guest staying at the hotel had no parking spots, all were taken by party visitors. 🙃

Stayed here many times as it's convenient for our family visits. The hotel staff and service (from the front desk to the cafe) has always been great. They also consistently honor the Marriott Bonvoy member benefits.

I was here for 14 days in December 2022. I wanted this property to be great since it’s so closely located to many of my friends in California. However, the water pressure was so low, it made me not wanting to visit California anymore. The management and staff tried to help by switching me to another room. The engineer tried his magic on the shower head…but nothing worked… I ended up buying a bucket and a Japanese Bath Ladle Dipper to make my shower situation tolerable. I am afraid I will never come back here…

Overall, would recommend this hotel over others I have stayed at. +Soft beds and sheets. +Good food selection in area. +Close to grocery store that is open late and early. -Big TV, but unable to connect external devices (laptop, Switch, Deck) +Good temperature control -No lotion provided +Easy parking +Safe feeling area -No free breakfast options +Good USB charging -Annoying elevator keycard system that often takes you to the wrong floor +Clock in room (surprisingly rare) -Difficult to location pool and gym

The hotel is beautiful inside. The rooms are very nice, clean and updated. The beds are very comfortable as well. The front desk staff were helpful and efficient in getting us checked in. Over all a very nice place to stay.

Our room was fine, but slightly fell short for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast buffet was also just fine. The coffee was not hot, but the omelet was tasty.

The stay was absolutely great with the exception of room service, ordered pancakes which can be described in two words BIG AND DRY. No other complaints. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and it's in a good location.

Went to a business conference. I did not stay in the rooms because I live local but I can recommend using the banquet rooms. Everything is nice and clean.

Truly enjoyed this hotel. Rooms are super clean. The only con about the room was the lack of microwave. They however have a community microwave. Parking and wifi is free. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is walking distance to eateries and shops, and just about 7mins drive to the mall. Will definitely come again. They also provided to military pricing which was a welcomed surprise! Our first night was quiet, however a family moved in next door the second night and it was extremely loud. I'm not sure if it was just the volume of the family or the room, as we had not heard a squeak from any neighbors, the night before.

Nice hotel, nice area. I was able to check in early, which I appreciated. My stay was only for one night. My room and the hotel overall seemed clean. I constantly saw people cleaning, which I appreciated. I will probably choose to stay here again the next time I work in the area.

This hotel is very bad , I have the worst night in LA today 18 Sept , we have arrived at 11.30PM Sept 17 then after 2 hrs sleeping we found that the room was frozen because one window was damaged so I tried to fix and finally I did a basic repair with toilet paper as the cold air was leaking so bad and my little daughter was frozen but the way was to late to change a room it will take us more time than fix it and wake up my family , so no extra blankets were available too.. so in the morning I have notified the front desk woman at 9.50am and she just said sorry about that so be aware of this place I am pretty sure their do not care about any customer this seems haven't been fix since lot of time...

I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel lobby is clean and elegant. The elevators were always accessible, no wait. The rooms were clean and the furniture was modern. The bathroom was remodeled as well. I will stay here again. Definitely recommend.

The cleaning service threw away my retainers that I placed in a cup on the bathroom counter. When I came back that evening, the cup and retainers were gone. They should only throw away items in the trash cans. After taking time to talk to different hotel staff, write emails about what happened exactly, complete hotel insurance paper work, talk with the insurance company, get them replaced, turn in receipts, etc., they say they will not cover any of the replacement cost. When I just tried to call the manager today to discuss the claim and their cleaning policies, she said not to waste any more of their time or mine, that she was ending the conversation, and then abruptly hung up. I have been polite, professional, and completed everything they asked me to do with them not having any accountability at all for their staff and actions, and then the manager hung up on me. DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL.

We did a last minute stay and it was really nice! Theres a Starbucks and gym downstairs, also a planet fitness across the street. Room was really clean. Only complaint is there was a spider web with a spider on the inside window. Makes you wonder if theres any other bugs. Breakfast is amazing!!!

I must say as a pass Marriott employee, I am shocked about the treatment received from the team here. My husband brought his entire team together as many flew in from different states. They were told they could not eat in the restaurant if they had rented an office room. Which I know is totally against regulations of Marriott for this team to deny them accesses to the in house restaurant. I do know as a banquet manager of Marriott Sheraton and Westin of Swan and Dolphin in Florida that our guest would book a banquet room and our numbers went up and down depending if they had breakfast, lunch, or dinner on property based on the following: if they ate at our on of our in house restaurants, rented another portion of the banquet hall, or left the property to dine somewhere else. With understanding protocol, this was definitely a moment of select discrimination. At the end of the trip during checkout, my husband requested the final bill and was told he could not have it, although the bill was in his name. I would not recommend this location for a company meeting, or anything else including something leisure. This team definitely had no poise and I’m disappointed.

Good staff and convenient location. Rooms look nice but everything was picked for aesthetics and not function. The table sits too high for the desk chair, the desk chair is a lawn chair that isn't comfortable for any more than fifteen minutes, the TV doesn't swivel, the fridge does not accommodate a standard take out container size. A room full of minor annoyances that looks great... until you need to use something. As per the response, the table did adjust up/down, though not down far enough to accommodate the rigid chair.

Always clean, always a very friendly staff. Dinner and bar service good. Quick drive to the office and located near restaurants and coffee.

Rooms are spacious and practical, but bathrooms are a tad dated. Very good value overall, and great location. Breakfast buffet was much better than the average Sheraton.

  • 3/5 Thomas A. 1 year ago on Google
My stay was okay, no complaints over the accommodations or location, other than the AC being weak inside the room and there being no safe. However, they tend to nickel and dime guests where possible. The breakfast is not cheap for your standard hotel buffet ($18/pp for buffet fare eggs, bacon, pancakes), and late checkout runs you ~$28/hour while more than half of the building is vacant. Could probably be a bit more lenient with that when capacity isn’t all that limited. For that reason I don’t think I can recommend this particular hotel over some cheaper competitors.

Very friendly, courteous, helpful, and patient staff. The facility is clean and cozy! It is close to the shopping strip, which is a plus. The rooms have a beautiful view of the mountains. A breakfast buffet is available with a variety of food choices. Even eggs are prepared to order if requested.
