Nice mall but not as nice as Bellevue Square. They don’t have all the stores that I was looking for like the Apple Store. There is a Macy’s, which was nice. There are some nice blown glass artworks in the buildings. Check this mall out if you’re looking for general shopping. It’s not high end but it’s not as bad as Everett Mall. 😄

Great restaurant options, Nordstrom Rack, food court is being remodeled. 21 and over movie theater with alcoholic drinks and hot food served! Lots of underground pay parking and free after 8pm or validation from businesses. The Bellevue downtown Park is across the street as is Bellevue Square Mall and Lincoln Tower North is attached and accessed through hallways and bridge walk overs. Awesome location for many downtown Bellevue activities! FOLLOW ME for the best recommendations as I travel the world!

Nice wide open mall that is very clean and fun to walk around.

A great place to go for drinks, snacks, desserts, shareables, or dinner. And after you are done eating, there are a lot of shops and places to walk off the food you eat. Really enjoyed the coffee shop here, along with Nordstrom rack, and then ended with cocktails at Civility and Unrest. Great place to unwind and relax, and it's also very conveniently located near other Bellevue shopping areas.

Lincoln Square South is one of the best places to go for shopping, dining, and watching movies. There's also a giant arcade there as well. Restaurants are beautifully decorated inside this building, and the food is amazing. I would highly recommend Lincoln Square South to anyone that visits Bellevue, Washington. This mall is huge! Cannot imagine anything you could mot find there! The only issue was not much seating for the food areas but plenty of options and a restaurants that do have some seating.

Everything is within reasonable walking distance in Factoria. The Factoria Mall is no different. The Asian food places come with a high reccomend from me. Even Red Robin is "YUM!" The only issue I have ever had was when I went to rent some office space. The lease company and security and the property management company are all separate companies. You need to make 3 separate appointments in order to have them show you a place... even then, in my experience, it was like pulling hair to get security and management to answer their phone I don't mean to be harsh about this, but the whole situation made me reluctant to rent from them. It's not a wonder there are quite a few empty stores if that is the treatment that potential renters get. Hopefully, it wasn't because I'm physically disabled. I give them the benefit of the doubt in this case that it wasn't because I'm disabled, and perhaps I just tried to rent from them at a bad time. I don't know.

I work here. I definitely appreciate its location - lots of food options very close in all directions, parking is usually free (with validation which almost everywhere offers inside up to 3hrs) very clean and a nice upscale feel all throughout. I love it.

It also offers two of the most prestigious 5 star restaurants in the entire PNW and is being run by two of the top 10 ranked Chefs in the entire country! Lincoln Square also offers a variety of high end fashion brands in the Nordstrom Rack Department Store.

Love Lincoln Square and the entire Bellevue Collection. So fun to walk around and explore the many shops/restaurants; there’s something for everyone. Tends to be a little pricey but the experience and treatment is worth it. Window shopping is fun, too!

Lincoln Square South has some truly great restaurants and the Cinemark Reserve theater is one of the best in the area. Plus the parking is free if you leave after 8 and on weekends. The location is easy to get to and close to the Downtown Bellevue Park, Bellevue Arts Museum, and other malls like Bellevue Square and Lincoln Square. There are good restrooms, comfortable places to sit, and it's always clean and well-maintained too.

Wonderful shopping mall with great restaurants! Ideally located parking garage as well. Awesome location in Bellevue.

Good Shopping Mall & Best Brand Stores & Good Ambiance

If you know what you're there for, you're set. It's elegant, uncrowded (disregard that bit during holiday shopping), and comfortable. The only downside I've noted is that currently some places' schedules still aren't quite back to normal, and this isn't really reflected online. Otherwise, great!
