mistake
ever.
I
went
thru
the
Drive
Thru
tonight
and
got
my
order
and
I
just
so
happen
to
not
fully
check
my
order.
The
bag
was
full,
I
took
a
glance
and
I
have
yet
to
have
an
issue
EVER
at
this
Chick-fil-A.
Well
as
they
say
“Murphy’s
Law”.
I
get
home
and
a
sandwich
is
missing.
Ugh!!!

in
the
car
I
go…yes
I
did
have
an
attitude
I
cannot
lie…and
in
the
store
I
go
which
I
tried
to
avoid
the
first
time
by
going
thru
the
Drive
thru.
I
was
immediately
greeted
by
someone
who
asked
if
they
could
help
me
but
Brandon
who
spots
the
not
so
happy
look
on
my
face
came
right
over
to
see
if
he
could
help.
I
couldn’t
help
but
relax
a
bit
with
his
calm,
eager
to
help
attitude.
I
explained
what
happened,
he
asks
me
if
a
new
complete
order
will
help
with
anything
extra.
No,
I
would
like
a
new
order
would
be
fine
which
is
done
IMMEDIATELY
and
he
tells
the
staff
to
take
care
of
it
before
any
other
order.
I
was
in
and
out
the
door
in
less
than
5
minutes
with
a
fresh
order.
Brandon
solved
my
issue
within
seconds
and
made
me
feel
welcome
and
not
like
a
crazy
lady
which
calmed
me
down
instantly.
Brandon
and
his
staff
are
a
great
team
from
the
second
I
went
in
the
drive
thru
the
first
time
and
yes
mistakes
happen;
it
was
how
they
are
resolved
that
matters.

well
done.
