I had 2 crowns placed in the same appointment. Dr. Casteel did a phenomenal job. I have always been frightened of the freezing part, but Dr. Castile did a FABULOUS job! Thank you very much for a pain free appointment.

I cannot say enough about how well my experience with the Smile Clinic went !! I was referred to the Clinic after my Dental Office could not help me. My front top tooth fell off my partial when I was cleaning it and I need it fixed almost immediately as I’m going on vacation next week. I walked into the office with no appointment and right away Stacy welcomed me and took care of me. After hearing about my predicament and going over some options she talked to Dr. Casteel who advised her with what might be the only option we had, to try to fix the partial I already had, so they fit me in later in the day for impressions and off to the Lab it went. It will be ready on Monday !! Thanks so much Smile Clinic !! I will be using this office in the future and do recommend you check them out, you will not be disappointed !!

I met Dr. Childs for the first time. Very personable and professional. He really took his time and answered all of my questions. This was also my first time having my teeth cleaned by Chastity, and she was very kind and gentle, and put me at ease immediately.

Offer great care, very comfortable and friendly, answered all my questions, but most importantly: they take great care of your teeth! They helped improve my oral care, especially after I neglected them for years while in school. My teeth have been doing so much better and have never felt so clean. My technician was Amy, and she was honestly great! Both great at her job and personable. I would definitely recommend the Smile Clinic!

Very well done. Technicians were friendly and courteous. Very mindful of your comfort and constantly asked if you were experiencing any pain. Then the doctor came in and summarized your condition. He also made recommendations on how to proceed. Overall was a very good experience.

Everyone at the smile clinic is sooooo nice. They made it easy to get comfortable. They got me in right away for a cleaning and were very knowledgeable in the care of my oral health. Very impressed with my first 2 visits so far and look forward to future appointments with them!!! Update: Just had my 4th or 5th visit. I can’t even remember. The staff is amazing! I am not one that likes to go to the dentist, but they make me feel very comfortable! Dr. Casteel listens to your concerns and does a great job as well.

I'm probably never going to enjoy going to the dentist, but Smile Clinic SC is the closest I think I'll ever get! Everyone I interacted with was kind, friendly, helpful, and professional. There's a question on their intake forms that asks if you have any fear or trauma surrounding dental visits (I do, with another dentist, so I was very nervous!)--I really appreciated them asking, and I felt like they were extra caring and compassionate knowing that I was nervous. Great experience. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Smile Clinic is polite, kind, and supportive, from the front desk to the hygienists and doctors. I’ve had a lifelong fear of the dentist after a bad experience when I was young, but I’m not afraid to go anymore. Karen is my usual hygienist, and she’s reassuring and kind. 5/5 :)

I came in to the smile clinic yesterday very nervous because a well known chain dentist office did a number on my teeth. I had fillings breaking and falling out. Dr.Casteel and Allyson were AMAZING. I can not say enough good things about this place. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I felt at home. I had my X-rays sent over to the smile clinic and they were all fuzzy. Allyson decided to take some new clear ones and they didn’t charge me for them! They actually fit me in the same day to fix everything that was wrong! I can’t believe how amazing this place is. These people love what they do and they put their everything into it❤️
