Nice location and clean inside. The love boat was delicious and fresh. The calamari was a little undercooked however the batter still crispy. Overall a very good place to have a Japanese dinner or other. I like this place and will be back with others to share the experience with.

Phenomenal experience. Nice and peaceful ambiance, great customer service, and delicious food. Small unrelated gripe, the soy sauce tastes a little off (they have a less-sodium option as well). This is absolutely not a reason to stay away! I will be returning & just not using the soy sauce as the food is great without it!

Absolutely delicious! My son and I love Japanese cuisine and this has to be one of our favorites so far. Everything we had was fabulous! And the clear soup had such a lovely strong flavor, which we definitely prefer! My son loved the atmosphere and particularly the bubbly light up wall. Very cool, calm and peaceful energy. I’d love to sit and sample everything from here honestly lol I bet it is all GREAT! If you’re in the area, please stop here! You won’t regret it. 😊

This is a GREAT Japanese Restaurant. The atmosphere is fun and bright & decor is festive and cute. They have a glass wall with bubbling water running through it and it changes colors. The food is delicious and the portions are very generous. We got the Bento Box Dinners and we were delighted. The staff is friendly, cheerful and helpful. We will definitely return.

my favorite restaurant!! the servers are so kind and the restaurant is so pretty on the inside. i love the design! i have been here soo many times and have had no problems with the food or the service. all the food here is delicious. i usually get a couple types of their special sushi and hibachi. their drinks are very good too! their boba is perfect and their non alcoholic cocktails taste so good. i absolutely love this place and recommend it a lot!

First time having sushi, I’m not a fan of raw fish so I got the moonlight special sushi! It was soooo good! I was able to modify the seaweed wrapper for a soybean. This is a lovely hidden gem! I know I will be back!!

Wow. We love sushi and have eaten at many sushi restaurants...and this place is now our #1 favorite!!! Absolutely delicious!! We cannot wait to come back!!!! We had the Kani Salad, the Mango Kani Salad, the Pink Lady Roll, the Omizu Special Roll, the Hawaii Roll and the Tuna Amazing Roll. All were incredible!!!

Our favorite sushi in the Cleveland area. We love the quality of their tuna. They also have delicious Green roll (veggie roll with avocado on top), which I can't find at any other place!

I have been to omizu alot for dine in. Never an issue. Tonight I ordered food to go. Spicy maki combo, beef udon, miso, & salad. The sushi I received I could get better at giant eagle for the same price. The beef udon for about $18 is a joke. About 4 pieces of thin chewy beef on top. Came in a smaller plastic container. Like it was a side order.

Went here after work by myself for an early dinner at the bar. Not a lot of good ramen in the Cleveland area but their ramen was delicious. Flavorful pork bone broth I’ll be back for. The sushi and calamari was great and flavorful too. Service wasn’t terrible but not great. I never got checked on at the bar after they brought all my food out. Never got a refill on my pop either and had to get up and ask the hostess for a box and a check. Maybe service is better with a bigger party? Regardless the food alone and clean environment is worthy of a return visit.

I have NEVER given a 1 star until today. I had my food delivered, delivery was excellent! I ordered 3 different roles. They were the worst! Right of the bat, all 3 roles looked identical, they looked like raw hamburger blended in a blender and roled up. I thought maybe they tasted better than they looked. They didn't. The texture was exactly the same as blended up raw hamburger. The seaweed was stale, dry and tough. All 3 roles looked and tasted the same. I got tired of pulling the seaweed out of my mouth after chewing on it for so long. This is the worst sushi ever.

Jackson our server was AMAZING, could just tell he liked his job and talking to people. All the staff were great and the food was delicious at a delightful price!!! Cute restaurant, boppin on a Saturday evening, lots of nice drink selections and a really good happy hour deal, too!!! Bring your friends!

Fantastic bubble tea (available without boba). Sushi was absolutely delicious. Great prices, friendly staff. We found our new go to place.

Food was good, however they refused to honor any coupons that were printed, and had not expired. We didn't know about this until it was time to pay the bill. Why a restaurant wouldn't honor coupons specifically printed for that location, I don't know. Seems kinda shady to put coupons out there and to not honor them.

Went downhill FAST. Used to have great service and sushi. Now neither exist. Came in yesterday. Staff was rude and sushi was the equivalent of what you'd find in a gas station. Even the cat snubbed her nose at a morsel of their tuna.

Ordered carry out and this was the worst sushi I have ever tasted. Got basic rolls I always like and get when trying a new place. Soggy and tasted like plastic and the fried rice was uncooked and rubbery. The only thing that was good was the miso soup. Props for that.

My son and I walked in a few minutes after 10pm and they close at 10:30. The person who greeted us asked us to wait for a minute. She walked in the back and came back out and told us that they were closing and we were not able to eat there We have been there a dozen times or more since they opened. My kids love their rice and their filet mignon They probably don't realize they lost us as customers because they wanted to close early.

Great food, ambience and staff. The server was very warm and welcoming. We had 2 kids with us. They made a mess with water and the server readily helped without asking. U would think that this is just second nature. Sadly, some other restaurants don't have this type of people. Food was delish, huge portions for dinner. Facilities were clean.
