Bruce was awesome, helped me pick out the perfect engagement ring utilizing a diamond i had from one of my great grandmas. He gave excellent and clear advice, without pressuring me to make a certain decision. He listened to what i wanted to try and do and then guided me through the process of picking out the jewelry. He also managed to educate me quite a bit throughout the process so i understand the value of what i purchased much better. He communicated well, followed up, and remembered me even though i didn't purchase the ring until several weeks after i first visited his shop. I would highly recommend doing your business her. The first time I was in, I had no clue what I was doing. But Bruce was great as he went item by item. He was very patient with all my questions and concerns. I decided not to sell at that time and I was going to explore some other places and options a Cl s this was the first place I had stopped other than the place I had it appraised at in Grand Junction. I went to 4 more place 3 of which were horrible. They other was ok. None like Diamond Source. Bruce was so knowledgeable, friendly, honest, best priced and best of all not pushy at all. Bruce is absolutely wonderful! He found the perfect diamond for our 30th wedding anniversary and it is exactly what I was looking for. Bruce was excellent to work with. His gorgeous showroom featured many designs, and we were able to make a selection the day of our appointment. He was very patient, and knowledgable. Once we picked out the setting, we were then able to select the diamond we wanted that day. There were lots of options of size, clarity, and color.
