If I could give W&H more than 5 stars I would!! My fiancé gave me full reign on designing my own engagement ring after he proposed, and the minute we walked in and were greeted by Laura, we knew we’d found the perfect place. From the very beginning, Laura listened and noted everything I was looking for in my custom piece and she was right there with me every step of the way. From even the smallest of details, she put so much time and effort into communicating with me to ensure it came out perfect! The process of having a custom made ring isn’t your typical “walk into the store and pick and ring” type of experience. There is a lot involved and it takes time and patience for sure, but truly can’t express how much it’s all worth it once you get to walk out with your perfect ring! Laura was amazing and helped turned my vision into a reality! I can’t thank her and W&H enough for everything they did, and for the personalized experience I got with Laura in sharing our excitement in the process and finished product. Walter and Hogsett was fantastic! This was my daughter’s first Rolex and she was super excited when they called her and said they had the exact watch. We went two other jewelers one at Cherry Creek and another one in Aspen, which both of those stores were not polite while trying to buy a this watch. They did not want to give us the time of day. I have never had a more welcoming, artistic, or memorable experience with jewelry in the way that I have here. My partner Chase and I designed custom matching pieces (earrings for myself, a bracelet for him) to capture a significant moment in our life. The experience of working with their designer Todd was so much fun, and the craftsmanship of these pieces are unlike anything I've seen before. They truly care about each person that comes into their store, and tailor the experience to you. I truly can't recommend them enough!

Sandy was so helpful when I brought my wedding set in for repair before Christmas. She had the estimate ready in no time and I left my rings the same day. Upon picking my wedding set up after the repair, I was very impressed with the work that had been done. The set looked better than when I purchased it as a vintage set. The price was better than the other estimates I received also. I will definitely come back for any future jewelry needs, including new purchases.
