John Atencio is amazing! I bought a custom designed diamond engagement ring way back in 2014, and we bought two cobalt chrome wedding bands in 2015, and I was hoping to hunt down the receipts for our insurance policy. I spoke with Dianna over the phone today, and she hunted through their systems all morning to find the receipts for me. This purchase was 7+ years ago, so I wasn't overly hopeful, yet Dianna came through for me. Both of the jewelry consultants were a wealth of information and able to answer all the questions we had. They were incredibly patient throughout the entire process and most importantly, I never felt pressured even when they followed up with a phone call and a thank you note in the mail. They were happy to see many as many times as I needed in order for me to make the right decision because they understand this is an investment that lasts a lifetime. This type of follow-up and service is a cut above (pun intended). This is a special jewelry store that is truly unique. .

While I do not have personal experience inside the actual store yet, I received the most beautiful engagement ring I have ever laid my eyes on. Delane helped my fiancé custom design this ring and he spoke incredibly highly of both her and the process.
