Went here to get some studs. Great selection of basic, silver and gold jewelry. From cheap to $$$. Had a younger person helping us out and she was fantastic! The lady showing us the jewelry was friendly and go us exactly what we were looking for. Will come back for more studs when I loose these ones.

I have been to other locations to purchase earrings for myself and family members, but was very disappointed in my visit to the Banter location at Bay Square Mall. A salesperson by the name of Madison was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. Needless to say, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere.

I really like this place, the employees were really nice and helpful. One particular employee who was really nice was Madison. She went above and beyond and was very helpful with all the questions I was throwing at her about the jewelry. I will most definitely be coming back to buy more jewelry soon.

Never will buy from this location again the manager is very unprofessional and very rude.Actually seemed very racist ,After trying to charge me an extra 10 dollars on an item and I caught it.HER EXCUSE “Oh I didn’t know” but you picked it up and seen the price tag attached .Not only that she didn’t ask if I wanted insurance on the item, she was just going to add it on .I will be reporting this to their corporate office.

My daughter saved up money to surprise her little sister with an ear piercing. I asked how much it would be and was told by the rep that the only cost would be the price of the studs, which should have been $38. As I was being rung up, they added $6 for an extended warranty. I said I didn’t want that. She said it was unable to be removed. Then tacked on $20 for aftercare product, which I already have at home. Also couldn’t be removed. Before long, it came to twice what we were told it would be. I was left with the choice of walking away or teaching my kids that it’s acceptable to get steamrolled by retail associates lying to hit attachment numbers. Horrible experience.

Went to get help putting the back on a stubborn piercing and Madison was incredibly helpful, she was super nice and easily got the back on. Great experience, thank you Madison!!

It's unfortunate to read bad reviews about this shopping booth. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff here, especially the associate named Madison. She is always very helpful, friendly, and always has a smile on her face! Hopefully people give this place another chance and receive as good of service as I have!

Best place hands down I went there on Saturday for a wedding ring upgrade and I think her name is Madison help me and I felt like a kid in the candy shop she Kept reassuring me that that the jewelry that I would get there wouldn’t make my hand green I’m in love with my new ring she is such a sweet girl wish her and you guys nothing but the best

Olivia + Kenshin are amazing. Took my 9 year old to get ears pierced and they were amazingly helpful, talked through the process and helped keep everything calm. Not a single tear and a very big smile for my kiddo! Thanks y’all 🥳

I believe I worked with the manager? Completely unprofessional. If I say no to something, you get a nasty attitude? Why would i want to do business with someone and get treated so poorly. Will never spend a dime there. Also, the peircing station did NOT look sanitary. Miss the old manager that was there. Will not come back.

Wonderful service from Kenshin! I was in search of a gold pendant for a birthday gift. KenShin provided excellent customer service skills and was very knowledgeable about his products. Prices were very reasonable as well. Great customer service does not come around often so it was very refreshing!
