Highly pathetic service. I had given the sample of my house worker. Unfortunately he tested positive & these irresponsible workers had given my mobile number instead of his. I have been getting calls continuously from medical officers due to their gross negligence. Moreover, these people charge and do not even bother to send the test report. We have to chase them to get for what we paid. Shameful!

Best service from here compared to many others. The customer care executives who answer all queries accurately, clearly and patiently deserve appreciation.

Professionally trained staff, well maintained ambiance, and much more.. As a customer's point of view, please make easier way to download result. I took a PCR tests for my kids and tried to download a soft copy of it. Unfortunately that time website asking a user name and password for it..! There is no option to make a new user to do it too. Finally I got the reports by WhatsApp by customer service after a vocal conversation. My question is , why they given a not helping download option to the public in the wesite?

Nice place and have good facilities. But extremely careless people on the desk. I have done COVID-19 test for my self to take flight to Bahrain They printed the reports on paper barcode note clearly Who is going to believe it and had too much complexities for the trip. Called them up for the same several times to rectify it. Please can you up date your barcode Beware of such mistakes that would make your journey a nightmare!.

Never pick up the call nor respond. There is no option to know the reports online though they tells so. No clue of id and password for client login. Hence i am giving one star. Atleast the calls should not be unattended during this peak of covid. Mobile no which is given for booking was never attended even after calling several times.

Well trained employees and time management also perfect . Keep going in the same flow.I am fully satisfied
