If you ask me to be honest the place is Overrated and a very small cheap kind of a jungle resort which is amidst natural greenery. There is no room service so you cannot enjoy the private pool facility or food by the pool. The tea kept in the room is very standard and no options like coffee or green tea and no milk etc. The room has no ac's. Tea snacks, dinner and breakfast are worst. No much options in non veg even in veg also very basic food. Restaurant is like a human zoo with all the monkeys outside watching you dine. I felt really bad looking at the poor hungry monkeys. There are lot better properties better than this cheap jungle resort like Taj which are much much better options. Please only go if you have money to throw. A decent budget resort in jim corbett is far better than this mud resort with all the filth around. Staff are also not very curtious and don't listen at all. Kerala is God's own country however this place is not at all worth the hype. Thanks

Grossly overpriced. 2 start experience for the price of 5 star. No AC, No TV, No toiletries, Bad Food. Unfriendly staff. Nothing for kids.

All credit goes to the location.... wooooo rain forest 🌳🌳, greenary everywhere, a stream flowing next to the room, what else needed to break from daily busy life. One of THE BEST place. Service is excellent, rooms and stay ambience is awesome.. A most try place to visit

Good place with natural forest and trees around everywhere it was a good experience to stay there, food was very much good with much more varieties and with bit expensive also.
