-do not make a booking at this hotel unless you are ready to get lost without any signal or wifi inside the room- Photos shown in the web are all old ones, because now the room, pool and surroundings are outdated more like spooky than vintage. We supposed to spend 2nights here but i don't have the heart to let my family staying at this hotel for another night. So we decided to cancel the rest of the booking and proceed to another hotel. BUT I HIGHLY APPRECIATE THE STAFFS, ALL FRIENDLY AND SO HELPFUL. i have to give honest review by giving 1 star because i feel totally disappointed with the fact here. I can't wait to get out from this hotel in the morning!! Wrote this review at 4.23am when i finally get a terrible wifi connection. Too excited to get out of here.

If I could give this no stars, I really would. Stayed here for a weekend trip, so only a short stay, when we booked we payed extra for breakfast included only to find out that they don’t serve any breakfast and we wouldn’t get that additional cost back. When we arrive in the room, for a 4 star hotel the quality of the room is poor. The white walls are barely white, the decor is falling apart and the smell of must and old cigarettes covers everything including the towels. There is nothing provided in the rooms except two very thin towels. Considering the heat, in a 4 star hotel you’d expect good air con, unfortunately they can’t seem to provide that. We slept terribly on the first night due to the beds being rock solid and provided one small pillow each. The next morning we asked for a refund and we would leave, this was denied and we were only offered to move rooms- which we did. Of course this new room is the exact same, terrible smell and falling apart. We ask for an extra pillow each to which the receptionist said they would “need to ask permission from housekeeping” Later that night we come back to the room, which in the morning we had used the towels and showered so requested house keeping - we come back to find house keeping hadn’t been and we had to go again to reception and ask for new towels (of course they had to ask permission from house keeping again as they apparently don’t have enough towels for all guests - again as a 4 star hotel you’d think they had plenty to spare) When we come back later on also we find ants have infested the bathroom and crawling everywhere. We managed to sort most of this ourself before security come busting in at 1am to spray ant and fly killer throughout out whole room - to which you can imagine is not healthy for either of us before we sleep but also in a room with zero ventilation, having to sleep with musty smell and smell of chemical spray. Out stay here was awful, would call this more of a two star hotel than 4 star. The rooms are dirty and broken, the cleanliness isn’t to standard and comfort isn’t much better. As well as this, they don’t provide breakfast or any in room tea or coffee and when requesting something for the room, you have to wait for them to get permission from housekeeping.

We had a 'executive/superior' room, but it was 'basic' at the most. Stains on the bedsheet, only two large towels, but no towels to dry your hands, only cold water for the sink. The breakfast was very poor, no personnel for any service. It's rated 3 stars, but it should be 2 stars. I don't recommend this hotel.

Walking distance with PVJ and easy to find food. They renovate their kitchen so no breakfast at that time.

Hotel was fine. Lobby looked nice. Breakfast, took 20 minutes to arrange some stale bread. Really a joke.

At first mcm ragu2 dengan this hotel from the looked outside.. Bila masuk to the lobby, feel like owhh its not bad and quite big Traditional bali n indon vibes which is so nice. Our premier room comes with 1 queen bed and 2 single bed which are enough to accomodate 5 of us..got drinks, tea, coffee all for 4.. Tapi sayang this hotel restaurant still not open yet so no breakfast has been offered n even there is no iron provided at all. Location wise..boleh jalan kaki je dari PVJ and hotel berada di main road All n all, i have a great stay here even nk extend another 1 day nite after 2 nite stay pun dah xda rooms avail due to our last minute decision..

The atmosphere is good. But it lacks any other positive point. Rooms are too noisy, beds are bad, towels smell, no soap available, the bath room had water stains. Breakfast is toast and water. The road is very busy and food only available in the mall close by. Wifi doesnt Really work.

Location is the only advantage… We stay at family room, the bed not ok, they didn’t give us towel if we are not asking twice. A lot of noise in the dawn. Always traffic jam around the hotel. Very difficult to park the car. The restaurant not operate although the pandemic become endemi. So we have to find breakfast outside the hotel. The hotel near bakmi Apin, PVJ , Rumah Mode and others place in Sukajadi. Our car still dirty although other review said they gave car washing service for free. Sorry we didn’t take any picture.

comfy & quiet spacious room with affordable prices!! i still cant believe they offer such room in such price. oh, but the parking lot is kinda small. i didnt bring any car during my visit so i dont really mind

The rooms are spacious and fairly clean. Overall still ok and location was good. The staffs were friendly and nice. Reasonable pricing but could be improved on the smell of the toilet snd cleanliness of the toilet bowl.

Tremendously dirt dirty dirty toilet i have ever seen.very poor service with rude reception staff.i stayed in 21/1/2023 for one night.congratulation for your hospitality for making your guest feel like staying in a hospital!!!RM140 with no breakfast.

The location is perfect. It is practically close to everything, which could be reached within walking distance. PVJ, Junction 8, Setiabudi Supermarket, Borma Setiabudi, Griya Setiabudi, tons of restaurant, petshop, karaoke, massage center, Karang Setra Pool, Budhisari Pool and Secapa Pool and also food street and minimarket almost everywhere, Not forget to mention it is surrounded by lush park. Too bad that although it has pool, it is too small and due to its location, easily get crowded in the weekend. The hotel itself is quite a star, they've decorated the interior with artefact, or souvenir from various region in Indonesia. It is does need renovation, although still in good condition. But still, it is one of the great spot in Bandung.

Jam along the way till arrive at hotel. Lobby was nice with teak furniture and antique items. Upon checking in, I enquired abt bfast and was told bfast only for group and not individual. Then I asked if the hotel restaurant was open and was told there was no restaurant. What a disappointment! First time I checked into a hotel that does not offer bfast and no restaurant. Next, I went up to my room. The room was decent enough but really small and old. As I had paid for a 3 nights stay, I had no choice but to bear with my mistake. This would be my first and last time I stay in this hotel. I had to order my meals online or go out to have a decent meal. I would not recommend a stay in this hotel.

Needs improvement, no tv’s channel in your room? Come on! It is hotel not a cabin hotel or bed and breakfast, good location but less service and facilities, friendly staff

VERY BAD PARKING MANAGEMENT! They didnt let us park in the front despite us telling them we’re going to leave early, so we had to park in the back. We get up early, ready to go, and our car is stuck in the back parking because there are cars that didnt leave their keys with the management. We had to wait an hour (and even that was lucky of us, imagin the car owners didnt wake until lunch!). 😡 Staff also NOT friendly nor helpful. Room was dark. Nothing around the hotel area either.

When I checked in, my room was occupied with another person. I complained to the receptionist, and had to wait around 60 minutes for them to resolve the problem. There is no restaurant, signal, bell boy with a shorts 😅, ridiculous parking system. If you are planning to waste your money and time, I highly recommend you this hotel! 👌

Facilities not properly maintained, washing basin and toilet bowl and floor full with stains. Toilet door without lock, only hold by magnet, ventilation duct net full with dust and ceiling burnt mark. Wardrobe only have one hanger. Kettle rusty and power plug melted. Room is not sound proof as advertised, around 7+ a.m. noise from swimming pool will wake you up. Insufficient parking place. The only advantage is the location, walking distance to Paris Van Java Mall.

This hotel is amazing. Great amenities although it is small. Love the ambiance. Worth every single cent. Superb location, which is not too pack during peak hours. Nearby a mall and facing a park, where you can go jogging early in the morning.

The hotel is nice, it blends traditional and open concept for the design and they also provide various historical paintings and objects such as coins, household items that were used by the local people during the dutch occupation in Indonesia. Overall the hotel is great with it designs and services
