Visited the hospital with abdomen pain for a 6 year old kid. The staff and doctors immediately attended the kid, made him comfortable, made us feel comfortable and treated the kid with utmost care and attention. The fees was not expensive, I have not experienced any exploitation of money and the entire hospital staff were very polite, understanding and empathetic. Very good infrastructure. Special thanks to the Pediatric doctors and front office executives. Overall had a relieving experience.

Great service by all the medical and non medical staff, briefly explained the issue with the baby. One wonderful thing I liked about the hospital is "Nurses are absolutely patient with the kids and took really good care and calmed him down".

We satisfied with the medical treatment but worst administration I have ever seen. No ethics and morals only intention is to make money. And I experienced emotional blackmailing. If any delay in payment they don't go forward regarding patient medical needs. My advice is don't choose this hospital. Think before u visiting here. Very soon we are going to file a complaint against this hospital in the medical council.

Doctors diagnose health issues well and explain it very well. they do not prescribe unnecessary medicines or admit wantedly. Staff are also polite.

During the mid of my pregnancy we have moved from my inlaws house to my parents house which is located at medipally. So we we looking for a good hospital in our area. My neighbors spoke high about Paramitha hospital and suggested us. We were initially thinking like this seems to be a small hospital when compared to big corporate hospitals in the city. Cautiously we gave a first visit to the hospital, to my surprise the way we were attended starting form parking to doctor, I felt very comfortable. The front office staff received us, patiently heard our needs and suggested appropriately. Then we met OPD nursing staff who checked the health parameters and then took us to the doctor. The doctor was keen to spend time and look into my history and addressed all my concerns. She thoroughly examined and interacted to me a lot to gain the maximum knowledge about my health condition. Throughout the consultation she kept me cool as I tend to become nervous when I meet doctor. I literally felt it as ONE TO ONE CARE as I was always guided by the staff throughout the visit. It also shows how much they value the patient. This experience also left me thinking that these kind of hospitals gives personalized care rather than a big named hospitals where we are like just one among the plenty. I am so glad that i am spending time to present my experience here. Looking for warm birth experience at this hospital.
