Good place.. plan your visit only during the weekdays as u may experience a longer wait time during weekends.. The usual time to make you go through their procedure would be 15-20mins Fee would be only 300 and doctor would be very patient with you to address your issue. Spacious enough to park your 2/4wheeler and u would get a comfortable sofa to wait during the procedure

This is an excellent choice for Ophthalmic problems. I highly recommend Dr V Latha and this hospital. One can certainly leave the hospital with satisfaction. The doctor here takes time to listen to patients carefully and in friendly manner. I found warmth and sincerity in the treatment. Hospital has very clean ambience. I even took my few friends there for treatment.

Worst Appointment booking Experience I had, they told me to go to the himayathnagar branch when my wife reached the himayathnagar branch, they again told her to go to punjagutta. So it's a fault of Appointment booking. They didn't book an Appointment clearly. And also they charged fees without check-up

Doctors and treatment was very good. Only concern is ping waiting time. My mom has undergone cataract surgery. We were asked to come around 10 AM. They put eye drops and said wait for 1 hour. But, they called to operation theater around 1.30 p.m. by then my mom and in law who were diabetic patients feeling very hungry. Not sure why we need long wait time. Doctor only does surgery around 1 p.m. and they don’t feed anything to patients and attenders.

There is no parking space,, we park the vehicles on the road, due to this I have received three challans each Rs. 1000. . Prices are high, fully commercial, no value for customers, staff is very arrogant. Treatment is worst. Don't loose your vision by visiting this hospital.

We have visited the hospital last month for my father's Cataract surgery for both eyes and Pterygium surgery for one eye. Dr Latha madam explained the process in detail and induced confidence in the process which helped us go for the surgeries in short span and it was done within a week gap for both eyes without any issues. My father took all the precautions that Dr Latha madam told and now he is ultra fine. The hospital faculty also very helpful and professional. The hospital premises are also neat with good maintenance. Thanks to Dr Latha madam and team for their support and care..

Good infrastructure with prompt counseling doctors and staff. They just charged me 200₹ and the procedure is well maintained and apt when they count on time of procedure. They even give suggestions accordingly, in the sense they also suggest lasix at best price giving options to emi payment through third party loan companies such as Bajaj Finance. Over all rating is worth when you count on technology.

My Lasik surgery (smile) went exceptionally well by Dr. Latha garu. And also very good care taken by hospital staff and Mr Vamsi (counsellor).

Good quality of medicine and also cooperation of staff is good and lovely.

Good caring doctors but not the staff (both technical and functional). Handling of senior citizens by the hospital staff during the eye examination were too harsh. My mother is suffering for few minutes. No car parking is available in the premises. Patient waiting time is always long. Finally the medicine also very expensive.

Excellent diagnosis, professional and and polite treatment. One suggestion: May be the hospital should be able to afford a simple file for non-surgical patients as well. It may save money to give prescription in an envelope which costs Re.1/- , as was done in my case, but a file which should not cost more than Rs.10/- would serve as a reminder for future visits and also be helpful to sustain a relationship besides preserving records, if any, like other good hospitals.

Not at all satisfied with ur service.Staff is not at all disciplined.No clarity to communicate with the patients about there problems.Maybe staff is good but managerial experience is less to the person who is managing the hospital.Doctors must talk to the patients and explain the problem if any .Some discipline must be there in the hospital.

worst hospital they don't know the what the problem and how to give treatment. my father has retina and glaucoma problem, initially i dont know that. i meet dr latha madam. she said this is cataract problem and done the operation for both eyes. Every week i meet her in hospital she said time taken process. After 4months she advised to go another Agarwal's hospital panjagutta. i go there also on that doctor has said one eye was totally damaged and another eye they advised to do laser operation. my father lost his both eyes. please don't go that hospital. its my personal experience. single star is also waste.
