We were cheated by the sales girl there (Himayat nagar)with incorrect details on offer,were lured to buy 4 to get 4+2 free offer, which never existed,the price for one piece also is same when checked on app,all this just to increase their SALES by cheating customers.You surely lost a future customer by this trick of yours.Thanks for making us doubt our trusts in a brand like this.🙏 We purchased 6 same pattern pieces with different shades,she REPLACED 2 pieces with different designs of LOW QUALITY ones of less price with a difference of 40rupees. This was not by mistake,was definitely a planned one,dint expect this from ZIVAME.I need clarity here if Iam mistaken by any fact. Make sure you guys check particularly in these while paying the bills and collecting products.

The representative at zivame store himayatnagar doesn't have salesmanship. She acts as if there is no need to attend to customers. When ask about the products, she is not interested in answering to the questions. On top of it she is very rude. Zivame needs to really have to work on training the representative into customer friendly one. Else no customer will look forward to visit the store where such unfriendly, unprofessional people are the representatives.

B.Saritha very rude person... she's not having manners how to talk to customers. She's not allowing any customer over the store to purchase anything by speaking rudely. Zivame(Himayatnagar) really needs to hire good and polite representatives who can explain customers in a polite manner.... Sarita was totally rude person with bad attitude, tone, body language and facial expressions. She was pretending as if it was her father's store.... Mad lady... There is no card payment service available no online payment and they don't even have change if we give them cash.... Worst store ever visited with poor customer service and nil customer satisfaction...... Won't suggest this branch to anyone just because of poor and rude interaction with customers.

Worst staff they don't know how to speak to customers i don't understand y there is no exchange of the product with out informing us while purchasing .zivame will definitely loose customers bcz of no exchange of products which was said by staff n my sister have not tried all purchased products at the store .

One lady is there she is so arrogant and rude she don't know how to talk with customers and very cheap language used I don't feel safe at this store she need psychology help I feel her eyes and sh3 don't allow to walk in she always told don't come from door come from side and always on phone not giving good service very cheap zivame

Its a good store for women all ages catering variety of sizes and requirements . Only thing is they can add more colours and prints as shown on the website.

What a comfortable inners they have. I was really happy and satisfied doing purchase with them. They exceeded all the other brands in comfort.

Less stock in size. The nightwear I purchased had buy 1 get 1 free but the sales girls did not informed me. Online the offer is in but on the outlet they don’t tell about it.

Thw website showed the store was open, but even at 10: 50 am it was still closed. Time for opening is at 10: 30 am.

The sales people here are so rude and have no knowledge about anything... They don't respond correctly....spoiling the name of zivame.. today I went to the store during the day time and 1 hour waiting for the sales person to come... She just locked the store and went somewhere

No responsibility for the management... Worst quality food(I can better Say in entire ashok nagar)... Just got reputed because of the name and advertisement... Even creates a scene like the students haven't paid fees and collects fees twice sometimes... There are far better hostels than this in this surrounding area better choose them.

Best lingere shop I have ever used. Heck of varieties with bright and vibrant colors and cool designs. Fittings are perfect (of course if u choose ur size perfectly. Cloth is of very fine quality. Colour is retained for many washes. The sleepwear collection is so comfy and soft.staff is helpful in selecting the right size.

Bad customer experience. Billed product and added perfume mentioning it's coming along with the product. Did not mention the price when asked. Does not give reply if asked any offers are available.If checked about online products, they mentioned as low price items and they are not available here. "Only certain models are available" is what a customer would like to hear or accept. Sorry to say but they are rude! and I feel scammed. Not going to the store again.
