Nice place to visit and stay for weekend parties, Birthday parties. Good place for staying. Buffet was nice and lunch and dinner was available. Spacious parking facility for both car and bike. Good service . Food was costly here but taste is not upto mark . They will take so much of time for order . Only breakfast was nice, if you order particular one dish they will ruin it and they will charge more amount.

Very poor room service. Only curd rice available in night menu. Housekeeping doesn't prepare the room properly. You have to ask for everything be it toiletries, slippers and they may or may not respond to that based on their mood. Absolute ZERO for hospitality and consumer experience.

One of the few star hotels in the City. The location is little far away from the City but easy to reach. The Rooms are ok but not great, needs more detailing in maintenance. Tariffs are ok according to the Hotel. The breakfast is decent with varities of Food.

I just checked out of the manjeera sarovar hotel in rajahmundry and decided to review it while its fresh in my mind. 1. Check-in process was very delayed - I had reserved 3 rooms for my family, but the guys at the front desk seem very confused and overwhelmed about what they are doing. Even at the time of checking out, one of the rooms could not access the wifi because the hotel hadn't activated it yet for that room. 2. We booked non-smoking rooms but the rooms that we have been provided on the 3rd floor reeks of cigarette smoke and so does the entire floor. 3. The bathrooms were old and dingy - they did not even provide hand towels. The toilet paper roll had no paper and they did not even care to replace it before getting the room ready. The toilet water sprayer did not work either. 4. Extremely slow service - this is consistent at both the restaurant as well as the hotel. At the restaurant, none of the waiters seemed to care that our table existed - the service was non existent and we constantly had to call them from afar to get their attention. One of the other customers got so upset that there were loud arguments going on between the staff and the customer. The breakfast was also pretty average - none of the food items were hot. They seemed understaffed as well - there were only about 2-3 guys doing all the work which was highly inefficient. 5. Room Service - Horrible. My wife asked for an extra pillow for my son at 10 PM. As of 10.30 PM, we did not get the pillow so I called back and reminded them. At 10.45 PM my wife called again since we hadn't received it yet, and they promised to deliver it in 2 minutes. At 10.55 PM my wife called them again and insisted that she be on the line until we got the pillow and we finally got it two minutes later. I wish I could go back in time and not stay here at all, but I am relieved that it was only one night and am glad now that its over. Do not stay here - find some other hotel.

I travel a lot and stayed here for one night with Family with Kids. No swimming pool operational, inspite of mentioning it in amenities while booking. Rooms were bit smelly. Lot of other hotels were much better. Calling bell not working for our room. Kettle is not cleaned properly, and some waste water is left over (from previous guests may be). Most of the time Valet is not available to get your car from Parking place.We need to get ourselves, and the parking place is very dark in the night, and no lights. Coffee is very bad, and milk smells a lot. Breakfast variety is good, however need to improve on the hospitality aspect. Inspite of reminding the person to get some food, the person in the restaurant never bother to come to us. Need to improve on the hospitality. Disappointed with the stay !!!

Stayed here for 3 nights in this hotel. Water was not draining from the washbasin. Toilet water was coming out. Complained to them but service was not done. Went to their restaurant downstairs for dinner. Services are really bad over there. It takes too much time to get something to eat. They serviced soups after main course. Take orders and later on they forget and don't service the dish. Once ordered Basa fish but it was smelling bad. For one of my overseas clients, mini bar was not working. When complained, Service Team at hotel said that is the maximum cooling available. While checking out, they were charging for biscuits in mini bar which I never had all these days. Hotel staff was arguing with mem Would suggest to keep Camera in rooms to avoid such mistakes from hotel staff. Overall, not a 5 star hotel. Think twice before booking in this hotel.

I gave my car to the valet and he left the lights on which drained car’s battery completely, their staff did some Jugad and experimented with my car rather than calling a mechanic. I had to stay under the sun for an hour which gave me a headache and after going back to room and called the reception for house keeping, some water and coffee, I had to wait 2 more hours, then call again and wait 30 more minutes to get some water and housekeeping. Coffee never arrived. All this happened after they killed my battery and made me wait under sun, I was nothing but patient and understanding with them but I received this in return. They don’t even provide you with drinking water! Food arrived cold everytime I ordered, it’s about the lack of empathy and business ethics that disappointed me. Hotel is very clean though, as it’s relatively new, that’s the only saving grace. Please don’t give your car to the valet, they are not professionals, don’t ruin your vehicle and your peace of mind Update: I received a call from their GM Mr Akesh Bhatnagar and this is what I expected from the staff that day, he was polite, upfront and genuinely apologised, I take my first stay as a stray incident and hopefully revisit them and see if the service improved… I care more about cleanliness than service and bedroom&washroom are pretty clean. Thanks for the e-mail and the call, will definitely revisit Update: Visited this hotel again and service is just as worst as it was. Food came late and cold, had to call twice or even thrice for anything to be done, last time atleast room was good, but now the products they use are of very cheap quality, we had to pay for food on the spot even when asked them to add it to the end bill, it was very inconvenient and an unnecessary disturbance. Am done with this hotel, never had any of these problems with any other 5 stared hotels, I don’t think this hotel deserves that tag

Amazing hotel. Our family of four stayed there for 2N/3D. We booked two rooms and without us having to specifically ask for it they gave us connected rooms. Connected rooms was new for our kids so they had a blast. Rooms, bathrooms are excellent. I miss the showers. This being a newer luxury hotel we ran into big shots like MLAs. The in room food service was awesome too. The food was great tasting and the wait was minimal whenever we ordered food. With unlimited supply of cabs / autos getting to different locations was easy.

I must definitely pass a review for this hotel, it deserve 5* without any thought. We can’t expect 5* related facilities at 3-4K . We have stayed at this property during our road trip from Bangalore to North East, and we have booked via MMT when we were 2 hours away to reach RAJAHMUNDRY. This we would be our spot whenever we need to stay.

The quality of the rooms you get seem to be hit or miss. We got two rooms, one was pretty good but the other one had too many issues. The sink didn't drain properly, there was no enclosure for bathing/showering which meant water flows out into the rest of the washroom. There was no place to hold soap, shampoo or towels near the shower. The room was super smelly when it was given to us. The experience was not worthy of a 5-star hotel

Rooms are good and clean. That's the only decent place to stay. But severely lacks in service. You can keep calling and no one will show up for a long long time. If you book online, they give you rooms which are subpar. Maybe as they are less priced online and so they give you the worst rooms as against if you pay their full rate. Do stay but ensure service is given

We booked a room for family of 4 just because this is a Sarovar property. The building is good and rooms are decent. Staff is largely indifferent. Food is average. They have a banquet hall in the same building ground floor. During our stay, some function was going on and we were forced to be awake till late into night as loud music from that function hall is coming inside the room. Also, basic issues like inadequate number of towels and water bottles, bad patches of paint on walls and indifferent attitude from staff is an issue. We had pre-booked an extra bed but it took multiple calls and 2 hours for the bed to be setup. No one from the staff takes you seriously. r This is definitely not a property worth to be under Sarovar brand. For the tariff they are demanding, this is a poor experience.

A nice place not too far from the Highway yet nestled amidst the conveniences of the Rajahmundry city. Reasonable place to stay for a night or two if you are visiting or just passing through. Has a fully functioning gym and a lovely pool guests can use. Pool is not too private as the crowd visiting their inhouse bar prefer the pool side seating. Only complaint if any is the breakfast buffet is not all that great (even with basic stuff like idlis), there are better options in the Rajahmundry city.

Unfortunately, if you are traveling to this part of the world, there is no other option to stay. This is the only half-decent hotel in the area. So I'm not sure if a bad review will help them improve their property or service. It is only when a couple of decent hotels start functioning nearby, that they will feel the heat. But probably, it will be too late by then. They would have lost many good customers by then. I can't believe this property is listed as a 5-star hotel on portals. I would not give more than 2 stars to this. Pathetic staff (all the way from reception to housekeeping to room service to in-room dining to restaurant - they are consistently untrained, unmotivated, disinterested in all departments), below average service and rooms and average food. Highly avoidable hotel.

The hotel was well appointed, clean and comfortable. There was a great selection of food available at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful.

Service at Flavour needs to be more professional. Many a times , the empty bowls takes almost 10 minutes to be replaced both for main food items, and assorted items. Also , some more hands needs to be there, specially on Saturday/Sunday's. No of vegetarian food items in buffet shall be increased

One of the best places to stay in Rajamundry...and probably the only well maintained property. Building has that luxury hotel look. 5 star for the breakfast spread. Rooms are good ...but the room and kitchen are a bit over priced for a tier 3 city.

We had a stay here for one night during our road trip from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar. The property was new and its a hotel chain by Sarovar group of hotels. The room room we have got is really nice and spacious. Amenities are also good. Food were also very delicious in the restaurant. We had a complementary breakfast included in our booking and in the breakfast they had a large number of spreads. Indian food options were really good but the continental options were not upto the mark. Overall we had a wonderful experience there. The property has ample amount of parking space.

Rooms are spacious. We had booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were leaking water from glass partition between washroom and shower area. Lobby was leaking water from somewhere. Washbasin sink drain is too slow. Staff is cooperative. Location is marvellous. Food was good.

Last time I stay in this hotel food and service are not 5star range.foods was average and below average . But I ordered one chicken salad with less spicy,and also received a salad after I tasted the salad it was totally out of the world. The salad was tasty and what I expected that thing I got, with simple garnish. I asked to the waiter "who make the salad" he said the chef name Muthu chef . thanks for the salad and" chef Muthu" .🤗
