Staff is very friendly and informative only the thing is aptronix takes long durations to maintain stock properly. They should improve their stock management.

Doesn't even care for the cutomers, cant even explain something for the new customers, this is not expected from them. The staff are horrible really horrible.

pathetic service. dont even have basic knowledge on how to test a mobile condition, when its needed a repair. Made more complicated issue than previous. And these guys in the service center dont even understand the customer issue and having very rude behaviour towards customers.

Worst experience ,i didnt expect this..especially employee not responded properly, they r saying one price and while billing time with in 15 min they forced to take finance process ... I visited 4 times ,but no use...waste of time...so decided to take another city branch or online....their intention customer to buy finance system only..today one employe in week off he is good..but remining employee very poor in responding.
