Well, i went to with great expections to watch the movie animal today itself at Mcine flacq. I had a major issue with the woman working on the front office. First of all a woman working in the front office must have a good looking face and must have a good way to talk to people. My second point is that no one had informed us that some movies are 18+. Well my major issue is the staff working there. I will make a request to review your staffs.

Very modern cinema hall. Very comfortable seats and you can even book your seats in advance. The lounge is beautifully equipped with designer couch. It's a very maintained space.. From the halls to the toilet all is clean and well organized. Also lots of parking space and the bus stop is only about 200meters from the cinema. Personally this is my all time favorite cinema hall.

Cinema with latest technologies, neat and you can watch all kinda new movies here, Hollywood bollywood, tollywood and animation movies as well.

You buy water softdrinks and coffee but you can't take the coffee inside..but the water and other drinks of.. I.asked why...I could not get an answer. Well done for the logic. And ahe qas so rude as well...had to be a bit sarcastic Also...its seems that the girl at the cash office love the G row... The G is her soft spot. Went for Ek Villain of 16.00 show

They were showing a 3d movie(Bhediya) without 3d glasses. The image was so blurry to watch that I lost interest in the movie & mcine.

Went to watch Gadar 2 on 20.08.2023 at 16.30 Lights were turned on 10 mins. before the end of the film. This just spoiled the experience. I wonder if this happens during every projection.

Worst customer service. The movie HORRIFIER is available on the website but after waiting 30 mins in an long queue they don't even know which movie we are talking about. Even called the customer service Unreachable on telephone.. It was like disconnected!

Great to have a theatre that's providing quality movies at an affordable price and in a nice setting. However it's unbelievable why they don't allow online booking and modes of payment other than cash at counter

Did give a break during avatar (3h10 mins movie).

Forgot the film. In this new generation, you cannot make online booking even tough they have the online booking system. Please innovate. It will facilitate your business as well as people using your services.

Accessible, relatively clean environment and helpful staff is a banger

You can choose your seat before entering... So it is reserved and you can go do some shopping before the movie.. Nice sound And very cool atmoshphere inside

It is so nice to finally have a cine near vicinity. The cinema hall is huge, clean and mostly comfortable featuring huge blockbusters be it holly wood or bollywood. The staffs are sweet. However, the timing can be a lil bit better. Overall never had anything to complain about the experience over there

The theatres are clean, with comfortable seats. The video projection and audio quality is very good too. The selection of movies is excellent, with many new releases being screened.
