    Started training there recently and have been made to feel so welcome; David is absolutely brilliant and goes above and beyond to look after his clients. All the trainers have been fantastic, and the array of classes on offer cover all bases for fitness, flexibility, and strength.

    Excellent space and awesome array of classes from high intensity to super chill yin yoga. Fantastic trainers who really know the body and how to get the best out of people. A friendly and supportive community. Highly recommend!

    Gotta do it to believe it. Different atmosphere to your other standard hiit gyms but with a huge "twist" to getting into shape. The staff are very up front, accommodating, friendly and always up for a laugh. Showers, kitchen, towels, sauna, weights. Classes, and relaxed.

    Primal Moves is such an asset to our neighbourhood of Preston South. The owners are such wonderful, authentic people and they have created a fantastic fitness hub that is supportive and welcoming.

    I've been training for a few weeks under the owner Dave's tutelage. Fantastic teacher, he's dedicated to the cause, extremely knowledgeable and just a great dude all round. I've got complications with a past injury but I'm well looked after and supported, looking forward to my future here.The space itself is great, I'm glad I got in early.

    This a fantastic place to train, with awesome instructors and a really nice vibe. David (the owner) is very knowledgeable & friendly, imbuing you with his natural enthusiasm for movement. So far I've only experiences Animal Flow and Kinstretch (with Hakan), but intend to explore ZUU when I'm next in Melbourne (as it's a higher intensity workout). Thanks David & Hakan for the introduction to this relatively new exercise regime - it's fun, dynamic, and great for moving in multiple planes! See you in a few weeks, Angus

    Great addition to Preston! Dave is a great trainer and really does get the best out of you. Classes are amazing and the atmosphere and support makes working out more enjoyable.

    Outstanding gym. Focus on body weight exercises and core strength. Minimum equipment. Unlike normal gyms, this one doesn't have a regular band of gym junkie dropkicks who loiter in the corner making everyone uncomfortable! This is a very social space and team work is strongly encouraged. Has thrived over lockdowns. Plenty of variety in classes. Zuu without weights, circuit training, HIIT, Ankor, Yoga and others.     Fun and friendly gym community. The owners are down to earth and know each member by name. The instructors are knowledgeable and modify exercises to keep everyone safe but challenged. Great mix of active and restorative classes on the timetable.

    Training here is a lot of fun! The staff are very friendly, the classes are small and there is a real sense of community. They also have a great mix of classes with a lot of variety - which is great if (like me) you get a bit bored with the same thing all the time

    Primal Moves is the most dynamic spot to train and exercise in the area. Forget F45 and such places where the sheep flock to, go see Dave and his team if you want to put your fitness on the right track.

    It has now been 3 weeks since I started at Primal Moves, where the Team of trainers have been so welcoming. I searched tirelessly for a club where I could learn to move my body again and gain mobility and agility. Since joining my body has become more supple and it’s only been 3 weeks. If you are wanting to get rid of the aches in the shoulders, move your hips or get your knees to swing freely after years of being rigid then come and join us on the mats, You will notice a difference and feel amazing again!
