Awful, horrible experience. I was feeling really really unwell toward the end of a 90 minute class and I quietly packed up to leave and was told to sit down. I sat, with a booming migraine, feeling nauseous. At the end of the class, the instructor made everyone stay and proceeded to berate me in front of the class for trying to leave, making it very uncomfortable for everyone. After she had had her say, I then tried to leave and she pulled me aside AGAIN to tell me I had no right to leave the class early. She was absolutely awful, completely unempathetic and I left the class crying. A yoga instructor should never try to remove your agency, so completely unethical.

This space is the most beautiful studio I’ve ever been too (seriously). Because it’s so big you don’t ever feel packed in like sardines and always have room to stretch and move. The teachers always make me feel welcome and aren’t pretentious. And to top it off it’s fairly priced. Best yoga studio in Melbourne hands down

Prana House is an amazing studio with a gorgeous interior that is bound to keep you calm and relaxed during all classes. The studio is well equipped and the classes are intuitive even for beginners. What is best is that there are no minimum number of students required in a class, and classes still take place even if there are only 2 students for the day which is rare for the studios back in my home country. The teachers are also quite knowledgeable in injury management and would advise well if you go to class with any injuries.

I don’t even want to give one star. This place is terrible energy. It saddens me that people pay alot of money for these overpriced “events/classes” but they are purely false advertising. The environment is stale and cold just like the people who work there. Rude managers/receptionist when you tell them constructive feedback only to realise they are there to make money, they couldn’t care less about your well-being nor that you paid for an experience only for it to be traumatic. Sounds dramatic but it affected me enough to make a review to warn others. Places like this is why people don’t believe in spirituality. Because it has narcissistic people like the ones representing this business.

Prana House is heaven on earth and is my sanctuary. I am a regular yogi at the studio and it brings me peace every time I visit. I love Julie’s yoga classes and absolutely adore the courses she runs especially the divine alchemy course. Thank you Julie for all of your support, healing and friendship. I would be a different person without Prana House and truly am blessed to have found such a wonderful space to connect with the community and to be around such beautiful wisdom and energy! Please do yourself a favour and experience this bliss by attending the best healing space in Melbourne!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the most amazing hydrating facial at Prana House, and I can't stop raving about it! From start to finish, this was an incredibly soothing and indulgent spa treatment that left me feeling rejuvenated. The spa's ambience is peaceful and tranquil, with soft lighting, calming music, and the most comfortable spa bed I've ever had. The esthetician was highly professional and knowledgeable, with a warm and welcoming manner that immediately put me at ease. The facial was pure bliss, incorporating various luxurious products that left my skin deeply hydrated, nourished and refreshed. The combination of gentle massage techniques and a custom blend of serums and masks was heavenly, and the results spoke for themselves. My skin felt plump, smooth, and radiant, with a healthy glow that lasted for days. Overall, I highly recommend Prana House for anyone needing some pampering and relaxation. This is a top-notch spa with exceptional service and attention to detail, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Prana House is THE MOST BEAUTIFUL yoga studio I have ever been a part of! The instructors are so warm, welcoming, and lovely. The classes are the perfect balance between the mental and physical aspects of yoga. I always feel like I’m getting something out of my practice here. This place feels like coming home.

Prana House is such a beautiful studio. The physical space is warm and inviting and feels so refreshing to be in , and the teaching is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. All teachers for the classes I’ve visited so far have been very welcoming, friendly and inclusive of all who want to practise. Their classes have left me feeling really empowered and good in my body, and have also left me feeling like I have learnt a lot due to the precise directions and gentle guidance of the teachers . I couldn’t recommend this studio enough for anyone and everyone interested in practising yoga :)

I paid for a pack of 5 prenatal classes a few months ago. They were meant to expire the 9th December 2023. Due to their constant cancellations either the day before or the same morning, I knew I wasn't going to be able to finish them by that date. I mentioned this and they said I could extend the date. However, I now have a health condition that requires me to rest as much as possible. I messaged and emailed them yesterday to ask if still going to the classes could help with this, NO REPLY AT ALL. So this morning I called to claim my money back since, as per said, I'm in bed and not sure if by the time I feel better I'll be physically able to attend the classes (I'm close to week 30) but they said "the system doesn't allow them to refund my money" or that I could take some other time other classes. "WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO GO THERE ANYMORE?" And the brave with no dignity human on the other side of the phone, hanged up. Lies. Robbery. The system doesn't say that you'll be told the night before/the same morning of the class that it'll be cancelled. Transfering MY MONEY would be one of the easiest things in life but they prefer to steal it. I'll escalate this, just warning everyone that may think that paying in advance is a good deal... Well, no. They won't give you what you pay for and will keep your money because they enjoy stealing.

I'm really enjoying going to classes at Prana House. A lot of thought has been put into the space - a beautiful environment to practice in. The teachers are friendly, knowledgeable, and very dedicated to all the yogis that attend their classes. A good variety of styles practised here too, suitable for people of all abilities.

Awesome yoga studio! Spacious venue so you don't feel crowded during the class. Very clean, comfortable, calm environment. The yoga teachers are great at instruction and tailor the poses to the different levels within the class. Good focus on breathing and relaxation in addition to a thorough workout. Love it!

Best yoga place in Melbourne I have ever been too! You can feel the peace as soon as you enter the studio.Teachers are wonderful and very knowledgeable with regards to adapting practice to students with injuries and cater for different levels of experience. The teachers are terrific and do help the beginners and advanced students find the correct way to stand in a posture and they give alternatives when you can't quite get into a posture. Everything about Prana House is worth experiencing! Aside from fantastic teachers, the wide variety of classes are offered along with the healing, relaxing and energizing benefits of yoga practice. What's more, it is important to mention the warm and welcoming space of the studio itself.

Studio looks pretty but is lacking. Very cold, very noisy from road, no proper sound or heating system. $30 a class and no lockers, no nice changing area just a poky shoe rack no hot tea etc and they expect you to clean and put away your mats!!!! I did a yin and meditation class which was sooooooo terrible the poses were short and not yin the instructor was not zen at all- and would not stop talking at the class there was no meditation element no silence no gongs or singing bowls (just a huge amount of road noise) which makes it difficult to even hear the instructor had she anything valid to even teach or say beyond mindless empty constant unnecessary talk . This was the worst yoga experience of my life did not feel like the teacher was a yogi or even trained in yoga at all-the space was not centred the intention was not set the land was not thank her etc etc I could go on but the class really was a total joke. Perhaps some more viral yoga classes are better but overall felt like a real sham. There are some fantastic studios in Melbourne for yin and meditation and also four yoga with really enlightened teachers. Do not waste $30 a class. Just have to laugh off the whole thing.

Have tried 7 classes so far and absolutely love it. The venue is amazing. It is not only beautiful but also tranquil. In regards to the instructors, I can only say "they are so kind and attentive and of course great with what they do". My experience with Prana House has changed the way I look at Yoga. I am totally converted. Thank you Team

The Prana House Yoga 10-Week Introductory Course is a gem for anyone seeking a comprehensive and transformative entry into the world of yoga. The knowledgeable instructors, well-structured curriculum, inviting atmosphere, strong sense of community, and additional resources make it an outstanding choice for individuals of all levels. I leave this course not just with a strengthened yoga practice but also with a newfound sense of balance, mindfulness, and a community of like-minded individuals who share in this beautiful journey.
