I felt like I was asking questions of people who dont know the meaning of customer service. I had to ask the teenager to ring another store to see who has it in stock...some of them looked like they were more suited working at a fast food outlet than a sports store 🤣🤣🤣

Good customer service and got a good deal due to sales.

Such terrible service, not many staff and had to wait along time for assistance. We approached one girl but she acted busy than walked off, also the stocking it has such bad stocking there was barley any sizes. to be honest we only got lucky with what we needed. and the amount of time we spent there horrific I really wouldn't recommend coming here.

I havent lost hope with Rebel Preston, staff are good, the store is easy to access and is not very busy. But, I'm really loosing hope with the selection of women's shoes. The range is minimal compared to the men's and heaps of the women's stock is pink/purple. Earth to sportswear designers and buyers, it can be for women without being pink.

Workers look at you but do not help you and then act busy wow!! Wouldn’t recommend coming to this store.

Nice open friendly store with easy parking

Very slow service in spite of being the first & only customer in the store at the time, with 4 staff members. Eventually the 2nd guy checked the stock on the basketball hoop we wanted and it wasn't in stock so I went to Northland.

Victoria was really patient after I bought the wrong shoes and did about 4 trips getting different shoes only for me to tell her I gave her the wrong size in the first place

Today i went to Rebel Preston - The Gentleman who served me “ Brady “ was very kind and helpful .i was not able to locate this Puma water bottle and he said he saw some bottles at the back. he left the register to another team member and quickly went to grab it. experiences like these makes you go back to the store . If you are reading this Brady -you are a gem . Thanks for your Outstanding Customer service.

Today I was helped by four of the kindest retail workers I have ever met. I came in to the shop 15 minutes before close and they bent over backwards to help me find boots for all the kids at my school who needed them the next day for sport. I can't thank them enough for their help - they are wonderful people!

I recently visited a store and had a wonderful experience. The employee named Emily was very helpful and always had a smile on her face. I really appreciated her friendly and reliable customer service. I also noticed that other staff members were just as friendly and helpful. I hope that Emily gets recognized by the owner for the great work she is doing.

Not too busy when I went. Has ample parking. Ordered online and was doing click and collect. Took a while to find my items. Person serving looked very inexperienced.

Great customer service, conveniently located, huge!

Popped for the first time and the staff are great. There was a good number of parking available. There is a good range of products on offer. Well worth attending this site for yor sporting needs.

Its always hard when you have to return a product, especially something as big as a treadmill, but my worries were quickly gone going to the Preston Branch, I specifically need to call out the Manager there Dean Stewart for providing such impeccable customer service and experience. Although the product wasnt really for me and the initial sale experience wasn't the greatest, Dean recovered from any doubt i had about the store by personally reaching out and working with me to get the product returned and refunded such a seamless process, this is in addition to offering me very fair options to keep me happy as a customer I cant recommend this place enough, especially if you are lucky enough to meet Dean

I couldn't find what I was looking for and couldn't get the attention of any staff members either. It took two of us to go through the store aisle by aisle to find what we wanted. The item I was looking for turned up to be located on an unmarked shelf, with no price, and all jumbled together.

Staff helped me with a warranty and sorted it quickly and professionally.

No one answered phone three complete ring cycles. Staff didn't know what wrist guards were

It has many clothes and products to choose from but the store is fairly small and the price tags on the clothing were inaccurate which is annoying but still a good shop

Floor staff very eager to help even though they didn't have one of the things I was looking for. Counter staff very disinterested.
