Stayed here for a night, I must say the hotel is quite outstanding in the way it’s made architecturally and the service is impeccable too. We were staying here on business travel and even though there was an engagement ceremony during our stay, there was no compromise on the service quality. Also, big thanks to Mr. Mukesh and his team since I had forgotten some of my clothes in the room after check-out, and they were kind enough to collect it and handed it over later in the day. Will definitely come again!

Grandeur and luxury go hand in hand! Beautiful property to host weddings! Had a beautiful new year's eve celebration here! There were some miscreants trying to create a ruckus and the property owner Sugandha Aggarwal was very proactive to handle the miscreants and show them the way out! It is lovely how safety is kept in mind at the property. Would love to visit again!

Property is newly built at a convenient location. Somehow the staff behaviour is not so courteous and service quality is sub optimal. AVOID in case you are used to better hospitality and service quality. Food quality is average.

I recently attended my friend's wedding over here and stayed at the property. The property is huge and has ample parking space. The property is safe and sits right on the chandigarh highway. The staff was very kind and all the functions were properly hosted. The rooms are insanely huge and clean! The only problem I faced was that there was no wifi during my stay. But since it's a new property, they are doing as much as they can to enhance the experience. The wedding lawn is also very spacious and decorated well. I'd highly recommend this place.

Stayed with family. The rooms are vary spacious and nyc staff. They welcomed us with warm hospitality. Rooms are amazing with excellent amenities and interior. Just 22km away from zirakpur. Best place to stay if moving for himachal rather then staying in zirakpur

Grandeur !! This newly opened hotel is at ambala - chd highway . From very far away you could see this grand building. Once you enter , their warm hospitality blankets you . Warm welcome and smiling staff gave us a smooth check inn . Rooms are massive and have latest amenities ( very comfortable mattress) . We enjoyed pool and all day dinning restraunt. Mr. Sanjeev at restaurant is very humble . Food was very good and huge quantity. Besides this amazing hotel they have 2 huge banquet , which i am sure will make your event talk of the town . I recommend everyone to this property . We had a very pleasant stay .

I recently attended an event at Regenta Central City Vilas Palace and had a mixed impression of my experience. The hotel offered a pleasing view, yet I found the conduct of the staff somewhat underwhelming. While a few members of the staff were helpful and courteous, others displayed disinterest in assisting guests or exhibited outright rudeness. This lackluster attitude made me feel less welcomed and dampened my overall enjoyment. Even the service staff demonstrated unsatisfactory behavior. In general, I would describe the hotel as decent, but the staff could benefit from improvement. Although the accommodations themselves were satisfactory, the demeanor of the staff fell short of expectations. If you seek a comfortable place to stay, this hotel may fulfill your requirements, but be mindful of the potential for subpar customer service.

Booked a room here for two persons 2 days ago. It was a nice room (compared to the price )We booked a room with breakfast and had dinner at coffee shop. They have huge conference facilities , swimming pool with highway facing and very friendly staff. At the end it was a good hotel. Will surely recommend.

Attended 3 events in the last two months and i have to say that there's no place like the Regenta Central City Vilas. From the hospitality to the decor, this place is hands down the prettiest, most comfortable stay you can find. Even events for large gatherings viz weddings or just any family function/get together. Shout out to all the people in Ambala, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Derabassi region - A MUST MUST TRY!!

However, I found the behaviour of the staff to be somewhat disappointing. While some of the staff members were helpful and polite, others seemed disinterested in assisting guests or were outright rude. This made me feel somewhat unwelcome and put a damper on my overall experience. Even the serving staff was very bad in behaviour. Overall, I would say that the hotel was good, but the staff could use some improvement. While the accommodations themselves were satisfactory, the attitude of the staff left something to be desired. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay, this hotel may meet your needs, but be aware of the potential for less-than-stellar customer service.

They play loud music even at 2 AM in the night. Totally disturbing experience. Overall food is average. Also they won't serve you water on table unless you ask them twice. Staff is good but a bit naive. Food options are limited, average. Almost same food everyday. Sometimes they repeat. Dinner items are repeated in morning breakfast. Swiming pool is okish. Location is not great but its clean.

The place is great to host wedding functions. Service was good and the food was also tasty. Area is quite big with ample parking. Located on the highway this is easily accessible

I had attended a medical conference at this place. Had severe diarrhoea and vomiting after having the buffet on 3 Nov . Some doctors found hai in their snacks. pl u guys need to keep food hygiene

Most delayed services, staff behaviour is really downgraded, do not stay here if you are planning to stay more than a day, need to call atleast 2-3 times even for drinking water. Food quality is also just average.
