I love how they treat the customer from the beginning until the end our our step there. The staff are very friendly. I love the fact that they even suggested me to do the survey so I can get an apple pie for free (where I was about to pay for it). The hazelnut latte was amazing. Definitely gonna come here again.

By far one of the best McD's branch in Brunei (its not alot actually). The place is big, cozy and clean. All the staffs are excellent. For someone who want some hot drinks, The place equipped with Mc Cafe. This branch also have a drive thru too. For muslim, dont worry about missing out your daily prayers because they also have a prayer room. Overall, excellent👍👍👍

cold chilly place which makes it a perfect place to hangout over quick fast foods, good service and of course the food was godly delicious!

Service ok but fries was cold. Fried chicken was terrible. Hardly any chicken meat. Mostly covered with thick batter! Parking difficult most time. Never encounter problem with McD Jerudong!

They don't accept delivery to Kg.Tanah Jambu and that's it..

Very good food and service, however, the drive-thru wait time is very long (don't recommend).

i always like to come here it is near, have drive thru, today they give me more 1 layer vanila cone before new year 2025 come, im so suprised i want to post the photo but idk how, nvm. wish everyone healthy and safe one 2025 and next years

Most favourite place. The food is tasty. The staffs are very friendly. I celebrated my daughters bday here. I would say one of the bests. The staffs managed to make efforts for the party to go well. Very friendly and cool staffs present around. Best place for kids and bdays too..

Worst drive thru experience. Been waiting for about 30 minutes as I write this review. Was informed to wait for about 10-15 minutes on the preparation of my items. Came back 10 minutes later and to confirm my order and I had to correct them. Continue waiting and told to drive and wait at the next window. 5 minutes later, the staff came back and asked me to park my car further up and will hand deliver my order tk the car. Still waiting...

me and my friend went to mcd lambak tadi and passed by the drive thru, nda org sana but there was another car behind us. we assumed ada urng kan. sudh kami lintas the tmpt pickup drive thru atu ada urng. we were confused but said ntg. we went to order di dalam saja and payed. everything was okay the cashier was friendly. when we picked up the food, we wanted to have a separate bag. my friend asked nicely but the lady said “kenapa lagi” in an annoyed tone. after my friend explained she terus pusing and ambil bagnya as if she was annoyed? i mean when we sampai it was so sunyi so i don’t understand why she has to act like that.
