Went there for a birthday party dinner with friends, the manager lady is extremely rude. We were 15 people just because they could't accomodate so many people, the lady went on a mad tirade explaining us the logistics of apparently "unlimited food" that probably they couldn't manage properly. If in the name of unlimited food, they cannot serve what they promise then she could have simply asked for more money which we were contemplating to pay after her clearly vile behavior. These people should shut shop. Probably, then she would understand customer aquisition cost (she was throwing jargon at us knowing we were from MBA college *mehhh*) Go to Divine, good food and humbler people.

Delicious food, nice ambience. Very sensitive persons for food wastage. Location is bit away from main road so bit tricky to find.

Kadi and 1 veg sabji was good, roti was not soft , Gajar halwa was tasting like 2/3 days old. Have eaten better thalis in Anand than this.

Visited 19-Apr-2022 Summary: Not to visit. Gujarat Club is so so so much better than this. Details: Food Quality and Taste: 2/5 Service: 2/5 Pricing: 1/5 pricing doesn't justifice the food variety (280 Rs per person), quality and service. Need to ask multiple times for Chutney for the Farsaan. Hospitality: 1/5 only cash, no GPAY or card swipe options. Very bad. waiter/manager was very rude. When I asked for serving of more sabji (serving was just 1 spoon so I asked for more), he asked me to first finish it first And the way he spoke was very rude. (He said "Puru toh karo pehla" in gujarati which roughly translates to finish this first).

Purohit Dining Hall is the place to go for traditional Gujarati thali. The dishes carry the personal touch of Mr. Bhanubhai Purohit, who has been cooking them personally for the last 45 years. He serves them with such energy defying his age.

We celebrated my wedding anniversary with our neighbors. We called ahead to make a reservation for ten people. The gujarati thali food is brought hot and in small portions... One doesn't even have to ask, the food keeps coming! Everything was tasty and prepared well. The wait staff wS polite and ever present with providing food. We ate to our stomachs' content and left extremely satisfied! I could eat here evryday!

Food was fine but the owner/manager(i dunno who it was) was very rude. When asked for a second serving of the desert, he asked me to first finish my bowl first before the desert could be server. And the way he spoke was very rude. (He said "Puru toh kar pehla" in gujarati which roughly translates to finish this first) It was the first time i went there and it will be my last.

One of the best Gujarati food available to eat. Unlimited gujarati thali in slight moderate rate Purohit is one of the famous catering service provider which introduce the restaurent in around 2009 and still maintain taste & quality. I had eat many food like Pav Bhaji, chole and more in catering in 2007-08 and still found same taste. Pros: 1. Interior 2. Food 3. Facility 4. Service 5. Banquet Hall 6. Catering Service Cons: 1. Location

Good food, good taste, good service overall all good. But unfortunately at last at time after finishing today's lunch when I poured water in the glass I saw an insect, it might came there from anywhere that's reason I have decreased overall ranking of restaurants. Please maintain hygiene in plates and glass.

They have amazing gujarati thali with a variety of options in affordable prize and unlimited quantity. Aged like a fine wine, the food is tasty, the staff is very courteous and they even tend to your special requests. The sweets and khichdi are a must have. It was my father's favourite place to eat when he was studying here and the same goes with me.

Well balanced food, made with love and passion to serve society. Highly recommended. Hygienic, and have something to satisfy your cravings.

This is All you can eat place, great food and service oriented staff, they also enjoy feeding people. Food was on very bland side but on a positive side, food was like home cooked with no colours and artificial flavours.

I read through a lot of reviews where people left the establishment one star ⭐ ratings only because the owners are careful about food being wasted or not eaten completely . The owners including the older male who might be roughly in his late 70's and the younger lady who might be roughly 37 to 40 are very adamant about food being wasted which imo there's nothing wrong about it . Even though it's a unlimited quantity of food that comes with each thali(plate) and never once do they refuse to serve you another portion but for you to ask them for a large chunk of food at once and then you are not able to eat it or waste it is wrong . They serve small portions of each dish but always pay attention to your plate when empty and come over and ask you do you want anything else. I rate this establishment very highly because in a country of 1.4 billion people out of which roughly 175 to 200 million people don't have enough to eat it's very wrong 😔 to waste food of any sort 😕 . Price is roughly INR 220 for limited thali and INR 330 for unlimited quantity. Which roughly amounts to 4 dollars which itself is a insanely good price. Are there places around that are cheaper than that....yes but 😉 for the quality, service and sheer joy of eating very simple yet tasty food with a variety of choices does the trick for me

We had the opportunity to enjoy a Gujarati Thali at this establishment. On regular days, it's priced at approximately 330 rupees per person. The food was excellent. While it may be a bit more expensive than certain other places, the service and food quality were outstanding. It's worth noting that the owner only accepted cash payments, although the reason for this policy was unclear.

Today 22nd August 2022 i went for lunch. As Gujarati thali system it's unlimited@₹300 I found food quality avarage. Staff and ambiance is good. Two vegitable, dal ,kadhi, chapati gujrati style,Puri, bajara small roti, puran poli small. Two sweet,3types of farsan, rice, khichdi. I will not visit again.

Nice restaurant amidst a residential colony..difficult to find. The quality of food is good but slightly expensive for a town like Anand. Parking will be a problem. I felt intimidated when I was told that wastage of food is chargeable..I know that they really don't mean it..but when you have gone there to enjoy your food and time...such strict communication and attitudes disturbs the atmosphere.. I will recommend this place ...the sweet dish tops it all.

Purohit is a place where many renowned dishes can be found. Also, it has an offer that is available for 365 days a year. In this offer, one can eat unlimited Gujarati cuisines as many times as they want to. It is a very hygienic place and apart from this, customer service provided is mesmerizing. Take out option is also available for people who live in hostels and normal civilians. People can have all types of meals.
