I will not comment on food as it was not the first time we visited wok on fire. We always enjoy the food. But I would like to comment on customer treatment and business ethics. Why do we go to restaurant over roadside food stalls for dinning? Because we want to be served at restaurant as most of the time we go in group (family, friends). Now yesterday we went to wok on fire. We ordered the food and sat on table and asked for water. And we got unexpected response from the staff as they told us "it is now self service". It means if we need water in between taking dinner, we need to stand up and take water ourselves. When we asked to manager, he said it is a company policy. I would say if it is a company policy, then it is the worst policy a restaurants can ever have. You are denying to serve water at table. Even fastfood roadside stalls serve water first before you order the food. This is not acceptable treatment to customers. It seems now you reach to the level that you are no more interested in customer satisfaction and you want to run your business on your own terms just because you serve a good food. But you are missing very basic thing by not serving a water. I feel bad about discussing about very basic and small thing - water. But I have to write the feedback as I saw you guys do not find anything wrong in this. I understand that you are promoting mineral water bottles by keeping it as self service. I found it very cheap strategy to generate revenues. I wish you sell more water bottles than food. Wish you all the best.

"Walk on Fire," the Chinese restaurant, tantalized my taste buds with its incredibly delicious food. The flavors were exceptional, and the culinary experience was truly delightful. However, the self-service aspect was disappointing, detracting from an otherwise enjoyable meal. Moreover, the inconvenience of the water RO system being out of service impacted the overall dining experience negatively. Despite the fantastic cuisine, the operational issues in service and water supply need attention for a more satisfying visit.

One star for crispy wonton soup. Other star for chili cheese momo. The mocktail- work on fire104° was so-so. The sizzler was disapointing. It had no noodles even though it read-'roce and noodles'. Sizzler was not worth the price. The rice bowl was above average. It had less gravy and more rice. The service was not prompt. The seating was small. The didn't even provided drinking water and soy sauce, vinegar, sauces, etc. Overall it is charging more than what it is offering.

The behaviour of staff with customer is very pathetic, they can't handle the rush which is usual in weekend. . Also hard to find any diversification in taste, even after order all the different items. Seems like everything made up in same base.

Great Indo-chinese Restaurant, TomYum soup was amazing. Staff was also polite with their strict No serving policy. Order sizler only if you knew how to serve!! Food is really good and overall I will give 4 stars. One shy only because of no serving policy.

It is a chinese restaurant with different variety than usal as macdonalds, first order than dine. In my experience I observed poor service like no water provided, no tissue paper even plates not provide after food arrived. Quantity was less so order 1 per person. Must and only try Dry foods other food taste as usal. Pros: 1. Awesome Quality 2. Good Taste 3. Good Infra 4. Location Cons: 1. Service 2. Price 3. Quantity is too less 3. Normal taste of many product

The most horrible experience of dining in the last 35 years of stay in Anand. A gentleman, not so gentle, at the front desk claiming to be the manager, the head chef after a while , and the owner of the franchise thereafter, was arrogant enough to deny making a dish slightly spicy. This self styled chef/ manager/owner wanted us to forcibly eat his creations rather than make us comfortable according to our palate. He was Ill behaved claiming that he saw us for the first time, and we were lying being a regular customer of this joint. He even insisted on describing the recipe. Furthermore he was not in his uniform while the boy manning the order station and the manager both were in their uniforms and agreed to what we said. In an age where the customer is the king and in an industry which takes care of others comfort, this seems to be the most inhospitable place in Anand. I hope and pray that no one goes through a similar experience as I did.

The food was really tasty. There was contrast of taste in every dish we ordered which made it more enjoyable. Every dish had its own identity and the taste left a lasting imprint. The silent atmosphere was really peaceful.

Clean, quick and great service. Good vibe and nice background ambient music which was not too loud. It was a pleasant change to be able to hear other speak and also the AC was at a comfortable level. Very pleasant experience. Mr Sohni - please note that it is important for us international travellers to have our international Mastercard and Visa cards accepted.

Good place for IndoChinese food. Atmosphere is good, can hang out with friends. Service is amazing and very nice & supportive staff. Much better food in terms of both Quality and Quantity. Best dish as per my opinion is Cottage cheese spinach Steamed momos.

I have eaten one of the best Chinese after a long at the new place & it's the best place to spend your money as the price is average to high with the best quality of food & services.

We are ordering from menu and they are making some new item including some ingredients which we told not to include and when we are asking for refund they are not giving money back and asking to call customer care and informing that we can not do anything its our policy and you have to make call and ask for permission. When we are calling customer care they are not listening and telling us that it’s your fault we cannot do anything and funds cannot be given back.

Good was of excellent quality. Service was very poor. Taste n price are well accordingly. Atmosphere needs to be little more lively. We ordered drinks but they tasted really bad. It is best place to go n eat food.

The best place to have indo Chinese food in the town, I m surprised with the quantity of food-its great. But Red colour ambience around you might colour blind you for the moment of time. I ve had mini wok combo and it was quite delicious.

One of the most hygienic place to eat Chinese. The service is good and quick. the staff is courteous. The place is usually not that crowded. The mall has ample amount of underground parking space so parking is never an issue. If you want to get it delivered them go for their own delivery service instead of Zomato/Swiggy because the price difference is huge.

A group of absolutely incompetent staff be it food or service. Ordered a peanut butter shake, received a brown watery liquid tasting like stale cucumbers. Then they didn't agree that it was bad/expired. Then they behaved like goons throughout our dinner (rejecting to even serve the sizzler) If Anand is tolerating such buffoons in the name of Wok, I pity them. I would any day prefer a roadside dhaba, there are less chances of food poisoning there compared to this sham.
