I
will
not
comment
on
food
as
it
was
not
the
first
time
we
visited
wok
on
fire.
We
always
enjoy
the
food.
But
I
would
like
to
comment
on
customer
treatment
and
business
ethics.
Why
do
we
go
to
restaurant
over
roadside
food
stalls
for
dinning?
Because
we
want
to
be
served
at
restaurant
as
most
of
the
time
we
go
in
group
(family,
friends).
Now
yesterday
we
went
to
wok
on
fire.
We
ordered
the
food
and
sat
on
table
and
asked
for
water.
And
we
got
unexpected
response
from
the
staff
as
they
told
us
"it
is
now
self
service".
It
means
if
we
need
water
in
between
taking
dinner,
we
need
to
stand
up
and
take
water
ourselves.
When
we
asked
to
manager,
he
said
it
is
a
company
policy.
I
would
say
if
it
is
a
company
policy,
then
it
is
the
worst
policy
a
restaurants
can
ever
have.
You
are
denying
to
serve
water
at
table.
Even
fastfood
roadside
stalls
serve
water
first
before
you
order
the
food.
This
is
not
acceptable
treatment
to
customers.
It
seems
now
you
reach
to
the
level
that
you
are
no
more
interested
in
customer
satisfaction
and
you
want
to
run
your
business
on
your
own
terms
just
because
you
serve
a
good
food.
But
you
are
missing
very
basic
thing
by
not
serving
a
water.
I
feel
bad
about
discussing
about
very
basic
and
small
thing
-
water.
But
I
have
to
write
the
feedback
as
I
saw
you
guys
do
not
find
anything
wrong
in
this.
I
understand
that
you
are
promoting
mineral
water
bottles
by
keeping
it
as
self
service.
I
found
it
very
cheap
strategy
to
generate
revenues.
I
wish
you
sell
more
water
bottles
than
food.
Wish
you
all
the
best.
