    - Friendly staff. - Ability to book routine appointments on line, and will see you urgently if there is genuine need. - Will visit elderly patients who struggle to get to the surgery. - All doctors I have seen have been caring, actively listen and involve you in the decision-making.

    Love this doctors! Went to a previous bexleyheath one before that was .. less than great so was nervous when transferring here after Uni. Nan recommended though so I decided to go with it. For one, the receptionists are LOVELY, i tend to get a bit worked up and they keep me calm and always make me feel like i’m not a bother. They take their time with me to make sure I understand, and are just all around very polite. Seen a few doctors so far (can’t remember any names sorry!) But they’ve been so kind when dealing with sensitive subjects and have ensured i feel comfortable and calm as well. Everyone here is so kind and helpful. More doctors should be like this, would recommend to anyone who asked

    Staff are constantly helpful. Clear up-to-date notices are on display. I appreciate the prompt to always use the Hand Sanitiser which is provided in entrance lobby to premises, as well as to keep a safe distance from other patients.

    One of the worst GP in the country when it’s come to patient care, being rude and unprofessional, and if you are a non white then you may not get treatment. I have been waiting for my prescription (which prescribed by a hospital) last two weeks, When I have spoken to GP manager and he said it will take three working days at least to update their system. But days goes no progress and every time you call GP when you ask for update then reception will say, it May happen tomorrow, and if you ask why it is taking long time and I am out of medication that is having a negative impact on my life, I may get heart attack tomorrow without medication, and response is would, don’t raise your voice. This strange service! Seems like you can’t say anything as soon as you ask for service then disconnect the call to say, I am not having this call. Systemic racism…any if anything goes wrong in my health GP will be the solo responsible for that! Thanks for your response, I do think i said you were rude and i suggest if you could listen to telephone call from receptions that should give you some thoughts.... By the way I am still waiting for the prescriptions!!! , Thank you if this call NHS service!

    Always found the reception staff helpful ,the doctors listen and are proactive. You can also get through on the phone which cannot be taken for granted these days..!

    Walked in to the Surgery for an appt & got one within a few days. Receptionist was very helpful & so was the Dr No complaints

    My 94 year old grandad was sleeping in bed when one of the GP's decided to visit him for an appointment that had not been requested by himself, his carers or his family. When the GP couldn't gain entry they took it upon themselves to access a key box that had been provided for his care team, remove the key and gain access to the property without consent or permission. The GP then went upstairs, entered my grandads bedroom, woke him and began asking him questions. This is a serious breach of his privacy and dignity and also trespass, so I have had to contact the police and NHS Kent to investigate. I will also need to change his key box code to ensure that his human rights to dignity and privacy are maintained.

    Caring compassionate staff from Reception/Admin through to the Health Care Professionals. Cannot recommend highly enough, as the Practice have been extremely supportive to me during my recent illness
