Poor merchandising…. Staff doesnt have knowledge about the ongoing promotion and offers… The management should focus on customer service and need to improve store image

Its really nice to have a mall like this in dimapur, its really very helpful. We get almost all the household items here. I am really Happy by the way they are expanding their categories of items.

Worst management , after 10 mins shopping you have to wait 30 to 40 mins in the bill counter Everytime. Our time is also very important .

It is huge and literally have everything,it is new hence they are still arranging stuff but they should have add parking area in the amenity,i don't understand why they didn't gave parking area else it is better then Vishal mega Mart.

There are so many cash counters but only 1wud be open n this is anytime of the day or evening always have to wait this is specifically city tower also even if the stuffs r available the staff would say no. Its been twice I can see it but since I was not able to reach the top place so I asked the staff n he said not available I saw it but I was too tired to tell him customer service is worst than vishal the collection of the store is awesum but need lots of improvement

People working there are useless, spending time on them cellphones instead of work , only 2 costumers at the queue, I had to give up after 30min waiting. You should hire other workers, really

Bad experience in this smart bazar which located under dimapur. .. Washroom n the dustbin r so dirty in every corner full of tobacco spit n door handle also broken n even staffs are not good with costumer they don't know how to talk n welcome costumer so please check all this, only main gate is clean remaining can't explain.

In comparison to Vishal and other malls, Smart Bazar maintains better quality products at a much coveted price segment.
