The hotel is located very centrally with most of the tourist places within walking distance. The rooms are super comfy. Excellent service if possible I would rate it more than 5stars. They go above and beyond normal. Everything is sparkling clean. The restaurant Wild Rice serves excellent and tasty food.

Family and I went for dinner to the Wild Rice Restaurant. We were a party of 12 and the total cost was 5K which was about 400 per person. I ordered the butter chicken along with butter tandoori roti. It was well cooked. Then topped it off with lime soda which was just perfect. 4 stars because they didn't have an option for sizzlers.

Centrally situated and comfortable place for stay in the Imphal city. Food is simply delicious, the breakfast spread is descent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious with locker and well maintained wash area. There are very few hotels in Imphal and I suggest this place for families as well as business travellers.

Location is really good. But only problem is with parking. The area is so busy and congested that it is nearly impossible to get parking here. And the hotel doesn’t have dedicated parking which is disappointing. The staffs are good,well behaved. The food is also good

Hospitality, Service and Hotel is really very good - impressive. Taste of the food in the restaurant is awesome. As I love spicy - hot dishes, the restaurant has wide variety of dishes & cuisines. But I went there at the time of recent unrest and curfew - they couldn't serve all varieties of items in the buffet breakfast. Employees are extremely polite and helpful. I also had to meet the owner of the hotel. He is polite and nice person.

The property location is awesome. The service is great. Rooms are small, not well ventilated. Amenities like electric kettle, flat screen LED TV, gyeser, good quality toiletries are available in room. Gymnasium with instructor at fixed time is available. No pool.

The person who works in the wild rice restaurant at the counter (short and fat with big eyes) is very very rude.. kindly teach him some manners coz he doesn't know how to treat small or middle class people some respect.... I kindly request to fire him from work orelse I'll be telling my friends and family to never go to that place.thank u

Outstanding staff! Starting from the reception, housekeeping, restaurant- all were too good! Had an amazing stay! Location is very good- many tourist spots as well as shopping areas at a walking distance.

Good location and great stuff. But the Hotel needs some renovations as per the price they are charging.

Only reason I was stuck here was because it was booked by my company, liars never offered a room with window, infact 80% of their rooms have no windows, very old and not maintained. Very inpolite staff.

Beautiful and lovely upscale hotel in Imphal Manipur Town. Rooms are clean and well decorated, furnished and food is fantastic. Special Masala Kulcha and Mutton recipe is a must have food. Restaurant is also beautifully decorated with variety of food platters. Service staff prompt. Only location of entrance is a bit congested for Thoubal Market. Opposite Gurdwara. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend others.

We didn't stay at the hotel, we just ate dinner at the restaurant, The Wild Rice Restaurant, and this was the best dinner I have ever had in india, especially the Tandori chicken.

I just reached here yesterday and I am completely satisfied with their work and services.. Staff is very nice well behaved and cooperative.. Food is quite good as so much varieties available here. Best one in this area and charges are worth it according to their facilities.. I suggest everyone to stay here personally. Thanku Sangai Staff for such an amazing work.

The rooms are good. Prices are on the higher end. It is one of the more premium hotels of Imphal when it comes to the food it gets 5 star for the variety and taste it provides.

Very good hotel. Got a Complimentary room upgrade as I checked in. Food is excellent, probably serving best food in Imphal as far as hotels are concerned. Complimentary breakfast having excellent varieties. 'Chef Shubho' is an amazing Chef, preparing mouthwatering items with innovative touch. Chefs preparing South Indian and Chinese cuisine are equally good. A hotel worth for 5 star rating. Only con is, the hotel is situated on a busy business oriented road.

Review for Wild Rice Restaurant That's the name of the restaurant attached to Sangai continental hotel. For me, this is the only 5 star restaurant in town (no other is even close). Reasons: Closes late at night so you don't have to compulsorily have dinner at 7:30 like everywhere else. Royal interior. Courteous staff who understand English,Hindi so well. Food is good. Portion size is amazing. Menu can be easily seen if you search Sangai continental on FB. NB: If you are from North India, looking for a place to stay or eat, surely consider this as your must

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff are very courteous. Rooms are good. The food service is excellent. We have tried indian, south-indian and Chinese dishes during our stay and all three types of cuisine is excellent.

The services are so good they are very humble and the rooms are also ok but there is little smell of cigarette but then the hotel people give room spray and all but still the smell is there other than that the hotel is nice and safe place.
