They have variety of sweets and snacks which tastes very good. The shop is clean and looks hygienic. Only negative is the cost. To sum up it's one of the best place in Imphal for snacking.

Pro:- It's a nice place to eat, with nice clean space with a good staff. Breakfast is awesome, Lunch & Dinner is good with alots of options. Special Thali have nice flavors and taste. Staff is quite Nice, Billing system is also good and effective. Con:- Not lavatory. Dont order south indian after Noon, as you will get sour taste. Rest is nice but little disappointed.

Awesome vegetarian restaurant. Tea lover you won’t regret it. South Indian food is available. But expect huge crowds regardless of rush hour

We need to pay first and then comes the order. They take full payment first. If I need to order something else while eating, it looks like I can’t order them from my table. You need to approach the counter and order again which is very funny and definitely not a good service to customers. Customer service is not good. Price is too high.

If you want to try some North Indian dishes, you can definitely try this place out. The seating area can be improved as it becomes a little crowded during peak hours. The sweets here are the best in town!

A very good place in heart of Imphal city for a quick snack and sweets. Chola batura and dosas here are awesome. Just come in to relief yourself with hunger. Clean and tidy atmosphere with neat staff. A good option to feed you hunger when in the midst of Imphal Bazar. Eat Happy

Only restaurant located in manipur to satisfy taste for North Indian & south Indian. They maintained best standards of North Indian & south indian dianeries. Food services take time . It is already hard to find vegetarian north-indian restaurant in manipur. It is located in middle of Thangal Bazaar.

Place is clean, prompt service and good Indian food (didn't like onion dosa though). Order and pay first at counter. Parking is an issue as it is located at a very busy and congested part of the market. Better to park at Nagamapal parking area and walk.

An old and a popular tiny eatery joint famous for its dosa. It's been here since decades. Wide variety of sweets are offered here. With only 8,9 tables available to dine in, not really a good place for group and family. Which world are they living in, don't understand still the same structure and interior. It's high time they give some importance on their restaurant make over!

A real elegant place in the heart of Thangal bazaar. Lots of North Indian foods. Enticing Indian desserts also available Order takes about 25 minutes. Must keep receipt with you since there can be order mix up. And yes must pay before getting your meal.

Ordered for take away in the morning for some guest. To quite a dismay, they added some stale samosas which are left overs from the previous day. Very unprofessional with the rate they charge for food. This is not the first time, last time they provided less number of items when ordered in bulk for reception or so. Please do not take bulk orders from this place. They mess up the take away orders. Everyone goes there although it's costly only for the trust that good food would be provided. Very disappointing experience. Never give order for take away.

I had to repeat my order for like 5 times.... As the guy was so dumb and slow as sloth!!! But the taste is great can't deny .. giving 3 stars for that. Really need to work/ train on the staff.

Dirty. Prices not proportionate to the service and quality. Just because there is no other South Indian joints around people are compelled to go there for a litt bit if South Indian dosa.

It's not worth the price even though it's cheap...50 for a plate of chole bhature which is jus Puri and mangal....and the dosa's chutney are too watery and shambar has no vegetable in it

Nice south indian food and also thali was nice, they can increase the quantity of Sambar chutney & also dal & sabzi. Gajar halwa was yum!

Sweet & snacks restaurant in Imphal. Is crowded all the time. Quality is good but its pricy.

Its a dhaba, was served a food which might be 2-3 days old...super oily and burned cause of reheating in oil again and again. The napkin were stained (probably the other customers might have stained before me). Called themselves a restaurant but doesnt have a washroom, everyone knows...they use tin/dhaba (cheapest) milk power for their tea. Was served a raw puri (kacha puri) last month. Wish i had clicked pictures so i could upload here. Need to improve on hygiene and quality of their products/food. It was cleaner 2 years ago, people who goes regularly will know how stained and soiled their seats are today.

Service and Ambience is good as always. but dissapointed with "Chole Bhature" this time. The Oily & Rubbery Bhature, Extra tangy & hard Chole not a good combo. In that quality and taste the price should be ₹40-50 not ₹110

Beautiful hotel, infrastructure is good. Well Maintened rooms. This is a lovely heritage hotel, Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is nice and has many diverse options.

The food is awesome . Though we eat without garlic and the restaurant did serve us without garlic and it was too good to eat and satisfying.

HIGHLY UNTRAINED servers/waiters/staffs. Went for brunch with my mom and since we couldn't finish our food, we asked the servers to pack the food for us. In normal circumstances, restaurants usually politely comply with customers' requests to pack their leftover food. But the audacity... one of the servers came with a box and more or less threw the box on the table and told us if we want our leftover food packed, we should do it ourselves. We are not the type of people who'd ill-treat restaurant servers or anyone who serves us in general, so this was really shocking for me and my mom. Be it local cha-bora stalls or cafes/restaurants in Manipur, I personally have never had a bad experience such as this. So bad that I have to leave a review here. I went and confronted the owner (seems to be a young person) regarding this matter, and since he couldn't speak proper Manipuri, there was a language barrier. I'm writing this now in English so that the restaurant owner will work on improving their service to their customers and realise the importance of CUSTOMER LOYALTY. But for now, I don't intend or plan to go to New Bluemoon anymore.

Visiting new blue moon make me miss the good old blue moon. Food taste okay, but 60rs for a masala chai? Come on! Need rechecking menu price. Ambience - too crooked and suffocating.

Rasmalai is horrible. No milk, only sugar syrup. A rip off. Dosa and chhole bhature really sub standard. Money wasted. Also the waiter boys are not clean and love staring at lady customers. Uncomfortable and unhygienic.

Wonder place to eat North & Central Indian food. taste & Quality of food is superb. Only here I could get roti, Paneer, chhole bhature etc. Never miss Tea of this restaurant which cost 30 Rs. But it wl fresh ur mind.

Waiting for your order takes forever when you are hungry and wants a quick bite. The kitchen staff are so slow and careless. I ordered a simple Puri with aloo sajbi, after waiting for 20 mins, a waitress came and when I enquired they had no idea.

One of the best place for vegetarian in Imphal- Manipur, if you came here as tourist then don't worry about the vegan🥦🥕🌽food, you will get everything with perfect test... Loved the ☕Tea...

Visited on 4/4/2022.Very bad experience. Made the payment in advance. Ordered extra daal with money. But not responded. Left half of the meal. Even presentation was very shabby. Quality deteriorated.

Service was horrible and the food were overpriced as if it was a five star hotel. A plate of Paratha will cost you more than 100 bucks, the foods available there were horrendous. Not really worth the money, it's better to eat street food rather than spending lots in this called fancy hotel with no quality food.

From start to finish, dining at new blue moon restaurant was a true pleasure. The atmosphere was inviting, the menu was a delightful array of flavors, and every dish exceeded expectations. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made us feel truly valued. It's a culinary gem, and I can't wait to return.
