One of the best accommodation in Imphal. Though quality can't be compared to Radisson standard, it's pretty decent. Food is comparatively cheaper than Radisson but my order for for chicken dry fry was mostly bone fry. Those who can compromise can definitely choose this hotel. Thee are a lot of food joints in the vicinity. Breakfast spread was good adequate and of good quality but the crowd make the Morning embarrassing Its better to allot different time slots for different floor.

1. Staff polite,courteous,hard working 2. Good breakfast spread.....coconut chutney for idly or dosa could put many a South Indian restaurant to shame! 3. Spacious campus for walking......a lawn to sit out would have been thoughtful though 4. Room amenities adequate 5. Wifi not great.....probably the city to blame rather than the hotel 6. Hot water...in shower could be hotter and for a longer part of the day 7. Wider selection of cable channels on television 8. Again....great attitude of Staff made the stay memorable

My self along with other 12 family members resided in this beautiful hotel for 3 days. Enjoyed the stay, food, hospitality in each and every regard from the staff of the hotel, especially Mr. Amarjeet Singh who made the marriage event a rememberable one. I would rather say that if any one ever visits Imphal kindly do stay in hotel Classic Grande and make your day and stay. Lots of best wishes and blessings to all the staff.

It's a great place I enjoyed our experience. They make the table ready, the main course was good, the staff was caring, but the French fries were awful. I'd love to visit again. I'd recommend it as a nice place to go with friends, family, or a partner.

The room that was alloted had 2 separate beds although it was single occupancy. The point is, during check-in, it should be communicated to the guest & if at all an alternate arrangement can be made. Though it was taken care of later, the approach should have been more proactive. House-keeping though is very efficient. Staff during buffet break-fast seem to be in their own world and one gets the feeling that they avoid guests as they may have to take a service request. Food is satisfactory. With grilled fish, cauliflower perhaps is not the best option. Buffet breakfast spread needs a complete overhaul.

Good central location, near Kangla fort. Breakfast was average, can provide FRESH CUT fruits and juices. I found mosquito in the juice, which they rectified immediately. Cakes, pancakes were bit dry for member of Radisson Hotels. It took forever to get toast brown, need to buy new toaster.

Room was very clean, large, modern bathroom with hot water, wifi internet was easy to connect to and room service with tasty food. Everything worked as it should. Exceptional staff . all very good service. Only issue I had is in management instructing reception to not take a ₹200 note that had a very small line on it from a pen. As per RBI regulations all notes even torn ones can be exchanged through any banks.. It is the responsibility of company management to push back and insist if their bank is reluctant and not tell customers to do this for them. But staff and hotel are exceptional, will revisit again. Thank You.

We have very good experience in this hotel Classic Grande. One thing is leakage of tap on 16/04/22 saturday morning sipping into the room with master bed was a bad thing please check reception of the day she is acting rude needs a personal skill class. Anyway others ie. room, food very satisfied with their services. Had an awesome and wonderful experience at Hotel Classic Grande.

(Classic Grande)It is the only one Most luxurious and biggest hotel in Manipur till now. Their Hospitality and service are awesome.Beside that it is the 4 star hotel of Manipur.Vehicle parking also very big and comfortable to all the customers.

Your maintenance and the service is pathetic- Please check the remote status of room no 5004. I’ve to call House keeping folks to clean the room. Bizarre!!! The only thing which I liked was Gangte service of Restaurant which was quick and serviceable! Can’t believe this is the standard of Radission Individual Hotel. Not recommend to others!!!!

One of the largest hotels in North East I guess, nicely designed, warm interiors, spacious rooms, wonderful food... All in all, great experience. Do not forget to visit the roof top kebab / grill restaurant !

Location is not a best one, but the room, food and staff are good. Only challenge is their parties that goes on till almost midnight. Avoid level 5 if you want peaceful sleep

Rooms are good, service is also good but food price is extremely high. Would suggest to revise the food price. Even location wise not upto the mark.

Hello everyone, i was there for 4 days stays and it was a very fun days along with their hotel stay, food & services. Specifically the entire staff of Aroma hotel specially Mr. Umason, Mrs. Sonia, Mr. Dine, Mr. Ranchandra are very cooperative & so helpful that you won't feel alone over there. They are so energetic & so welcomming in nature. So do visit this place, you won't feel regrate.

Highly impressed with the service, amenities and food. All staff members are very hospitable, especially DM Maring, he made sure that our food is customised to our desires. The south indian food is outstanding, and beats many south indian restaurants. Look forward to visiting again.

Food service is bad.Last i visited was in June 2022,We ordered dinner at 8:35PM and they started serving us only at around 10:10PM. Waiters are not polite. Reception and waiters should learn from Sangai Continental Staffs.

Everything was good in my 3 days stay here. Except the rude restaurant manager who had some ego played on me for meeting my multiple friends on coffee/juices at different times. The restaurant was 80% empty each time I had guests meeting, but he went on to say I can only spend 1 hour at a stretch regardless of all the food I ordered. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable. Such managers can create a very bad impression on the hotel.

This is known as one of the best hotels of Imphal. Local inter-state bus stand is very near to it also on other hand you find assambly house. It has spacious dining hall and a restaurant also. Food is good they serve 3 types of food in breakfast here viz Indian chines and continental. It' has 171 rooms spread over 6 floors. Rooms are given even numbers on one side and odd on the other side.

We (bride's family) organized my sister-in-law's (wife's sister) wedding ceremony in the Classic Grande on 17th December, 2023. The groom's family members from Delhi and Chandigarh stayed there for few days for the ceremony. They were quite satisfied with the amenities, services and everything provided by the hotel. They also appreciate all the hospitable management people of the hotel especially, Ch. Amarjit Singh, Corporate Manager, F&B for his efforts and supports in organizing the wedding. Besides, we the bride's family members are also still happy with the management team. And Yes! We are really indebted to Mr. Ch. Amarjit Singh, F&B Corporate Manager who lent out his hands in every possible aspect whichever was required for the smooth accomplishment of the ceremony. Thanks a lot Bro. 🙏
