Edge of main square with several bar/ restaurants. Had a drink in one of the bars, nice place to sit and enjoy the sites of the main square. Service was very good in the place we were.

It was apparently a gift to the Albanian people from Stalin but the exterior mosaic is the most noteworthy aspect in my view. Sure the exhibits are worth a look from a tourism and awareness viewpoint too yet there are many Italian ate building to admire on a walk around.
