Before
I
start,
I
must
admit
to
being
a
request
visitor
to
Galgorm
Resort
and
Spa.
I
find
it
an
incredibly
relaxing
spot
-
one
of
the
best
in
Northern
Ireland.
This
time
around
my
wife
and
I
stayed
2
nights
in
The
Riverside
Cottage
(see
attached
photos).
What
a
lovely,
quaint
and
extremely
private
accommodation.
The
cottage
is
situated
away
from
the
main
hotel
and
sits
right
on
the
bank
on
the
River
Main.
As
always,
customer
service
was
second
to
none.
We
felt
like
the
staff
took
a
real
interest
in
us.
The
spa
has
been
developed
again,
even
since
our
previous
visit
in
March.
Although
amazing
in
size,
further
development
is
required
as
the
hotel
continues
to
increase
its
bedroom
capacity
-
at
time,
it
can
be
difficult
to
find
a
pool
/
hot
tub
outside
to
enjoy
due
to
the
numbers
of
people
-
however,
the
hotel
is
making
a
first
class
effort
to
increase
spa
capacity.
Although
we
didn’t
eat
our
evening
meals
in
any
of
the
restaurants
this
time
we
did
have
the
opportunity
to
taste
the
food
as
a
wedding
on
day
2
of
our
stay.
It
was
excellent!
On
our
first
night,
we
opted
for
a
takeaway
from
Ballymena
and
enjoyed
it
with
our
feet
up
in
front
of
the
TV
in
our
cottage.
This
time
round,
we
opted
for
breakfast
in
Gillies
-
and
not
the
conservatory.
Again,
breakfast
was
very
good,
however,
not
it’s
usual
1st
class
standard.
Maybe
food
was
just
sitting
out
a
little
too
long.
But
overall,
it
was
still
good.
