Absolutely horrendous, like many businesses today, take your money, but don't care what service you receive. You can't complain, they are oblivious to negative talk. I wasted £16.00 with these bozos.

Sadly you only ever find out how good food ordering services are when you have an issue with an order. After plenty of orders with no issues, we had an issue we were unable to resolve with the restaurant and so resorted to contacting Morecambe Eats. The resolution was not satisfactory and my response was ignored. I would advise you to go to use another service.

Ordered Jacket potatoes and chips. The spuds were half raw and the chips were not cooked properly either. Only nice thing was the fresh salad! The last order wasn't good either but thought i would try again to see if had improved. As it hadn't, i won't be rushing to order anything from here in the future.

Ordered from starving Marvin's tonight. Delivery was supposed to be 6.55. Its now 7.47 and still not received food. Tried phoning Marvin's but just ringing out ! What am i supposed to do now ???

They never emailed u back when you complain about the food you have ordered threw them , and dont give refunds like just eat and deliveroo soyour left with bad food or not delivered food and they dont refund you poor service

Very good service and quicker than expected

The best takeaway I've had in years... So this is my third time using chi chi's not only the food is tasty and clean, even with a delivery the food has always been on time and hot... The subs and wraps are large and filling and the dirty chips are amazing just a fantastic all round eating experience...

Ordered food at 7.30pm the app said delivery 8.40pm, until I paid, then the delivery time was updated to 9.35pm. To be honest I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known it was going to be this late. Anyhow we were thinking ok no probs we will eat late. HOWEVER the food eventually arrived at 10.30. Called them twice they just said they were busy. It was supposed to be a treat and convenient as it had been a long day and it was an early start the following day for my partner. It ended up too late to eat a big meal so it’s in the fridge! I would not order on this app again.

2/2 so far guys 👌 perfect delivery, perfect timings, and food is bang on 👊 delivery always good and notes are looked at and noted, unlike all other places. Apologies that our icy path has almost killed you on delivery. We've salted in prep for the next order 😎 keep it going guys. Ace food, ace service 👍👍👍

Great website lots of offers like free delivery on certain places also discounts on certain places which is good, you are kept in touch throughout your order and is always delivered slightly earlier than expected.

As a former restaurant owner in Morecambe, I urge as many people as possible to use Morecambe Eats instead of JustEat. Our local takeaways will literally be £1000s better off if we all did!

Slow to respond to emails to resolve an issue, but once they did respond they were very helpful in fixing things. Worth using for the amount of variety and the support for local business.

Tbh it's the only company that allows us to get dilvery so 10/10

Usually service from Morecambe or lancaster eats is fantastic today it was only ok one of the gravies leaked on a fish cake the food was just warm when delivered and cold by the time I finished eating a takeaway is a treat for us it just wasn't today

No option to complain about the restaurant. You don't hold accountability for anything ordered through you app but are making money.. will never use the app again to order food.
