They have very poor service, and I do not recommend this hospital to anyone, especially in emergency situations. I visited the hospital this morning for my dad (I am sitting here as I write this review). He had an emergency and has still not received treatment. The receptionists were unprofessional; they gave us someone else’s laboratory prescription. We had to wait an hour and a half before realizing we received the wrong prescription for the lab test. After that, we were told to wait for a doctor, but even after waiting four hours, the doctor could not show up (we were informed he was having lunch). We requested that my dad be checked by any available doctor, but we were told there were no doctors in the hospital other than the one we had been waiting for all this time. We are still waiting there

Too poor in child care. Two doctors attended the same child with the same case but their medical advice was in opposite to each other. The second doctor is totally ignorant, he even stopped the checkup in the middle just because the child was crying.

I really appreciate the emergency and ICU team for their quick response but liaison is not responding well and has no speed and needs to be fixed.

Not recommended for pediatrics the dr. Doesn't care at all. And the reception will make you pay knowing there is no doctor. Hope they make a bit of a change on their services . All on all the services has gone down starting early 2022 makes me wonder if there is management and supervision.

I advise you not to go to this hospital Nurse and doctors who have no respect for their patients other than collecting money. This has to be one of the worst hospitals in Ethiopia. If it was possible to give zero stars I would have done that. All they care is about money. With unreliable and UNACCOUNTABLE doctors. They prioritise if you have made payments rather than actually caring for the patient. And even after paying ridiculous amounts of money they do not look after patients. They do not follow operating procedures ( I even wonder if they have op notes that they follow in operation theatres during procedures), as they decide on the spot whether to touch other organs along the way WITHOUT the patients nor next of kin’s approval because “ IT DIDN’T LOOK RIGHT SO WE TRIED TO FIX IT”. Maybe try letting the patient decide what he/she wants to do with their body as it was not something that was critical at the time!! No accountability whatsoever. Such a shame they only care about how the hospital building and tiles look rather than their patients health. It will never bring back my loved one however I feel that you should know about this before taking anyone or yourselves to this hospital of NO RETURN. So much negligence and lack of communication skills from staff.

Poor services on receptions all worked not networked everyone on they on phone instead helping others . if some one gone for launch break , as hospital should covered by some one.am disapointed . on nursing station almost 3 hrs waiting for her lanch break by 11/12/24 noon time 12 -3 she isn't hear we still waiting her no "vct" services.

I think they charge too much for they didn't give service, most people have such complaints, I heard a guy crying for his mom charged more than they hold in advance, and trying to add exaggerated amount of money. So they have to work on this.

One of the worse worse hospitals, There are almost more than 15 Nurses they don’t give feedback they are not supporting at all I had an appointment and been waiting more than 5 hours .. They just care about money and the surprise is you need to activate your card every 10 days

Hallelujah general hospital is the best hospital in Addis Ababa I been there for surgery last week they give me the best service and hospitality the room was clean the nurses take care of me well and the doctors are so professional specially Dr.DEMREW DEJENE he’s oral and maxillofacial doctor he’s so kind and professional I recommend him for all oral and maxillofacial problems! Thank you !

Time waisting

Dont trust this hospital. Their labs are worthless and ill equipped. Charges are unfair and does not reflect proper treatment. I was disappointed big time.

I don’t know where to start! When they first open they were caring and showing professionalism, then diverted their focus only on the money. The old staff members such as Dr Daniel were amazing. Now, this hospital acts like a hotel, money and money only. The Dr and nurses are very rude (kedir, Henok) * I refuse to give them the title Dr. My mum felt cold and start to shiver so we took her to this hospital. Instead of testing her and find out what the problem is they keep giving her painkillers. like this they keep my mum in the hospital for 2 month even though all she need is kidney stones removed. First they said she had a problem in her heart (which is untrue) and they made us believe she can’t breathe without oxygen💰. Then they said another thing after another. Luckily we tried to walk her around with out the support of the oxygen she was ok for such a long hours so we confronted them asked for ultrasound ti be done so we find out she had kidney stone, then we left to different hospital. The shock we saw in her Dr in the new hospital was unforgettable! He was mad and said “this was very small problem it’s kidney stone, it’s very wrong to keep her in hospital for more than 2 days ” However, when the hospital principle is to make a profit from other people’s pain, who cares about small or big problems the patient have, right? Please 🙏 if you want to help someone you love avoid this place, this isn’t a hospital! They shouldn’t be allowed to treat patients like they do. It’s amazing what the health minister do in Ethiopia to hold the title she is holding, she should revoke the license of this hospital!
