The 1910 Beach House at Sarah’s is just a wonderful experience if you’re looking for an authentic Florida West Coast experience. The unit is beautiful and well maintained both inside and out, and the porch views at sunset are absolute money. Our family had a spectacular week there and look forward to returning. Nearby you’ll find ample dining and entertainment all within an easy walk, but when you’re on the property it feels just wonderfully set apart and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Sarah's Seaside was the perfect home for our family beach vacation in February. We escaped the snow in Colorado for the sand on the beach. The Governor's House had everything we needed for 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Easy grilling, plenty of beach toys, bikes, and everything within walking distance.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the interior decor of the cottages, very well cared for property with lots of character. In a lovely area with many restaurants within walking distance. Some cottages have a beach view & others the pool. Lovely salt water pool that is generally very warm, less so than a hot tub and very nice. I would love to go back. I highly recommend biking, walking, or driving south of the property for 7ish miles along Gulf Blvd. Google Maps happened to direct us that way and it was nice to see the long stretch of beach neighborhoods. We also hit up the Dali Museum which was wonderful and mind opening with the docent tour. Enjoy.

Having one of the best vacations ever!! The property and people were awesome!! My fiance and I live in Az and both from east coast, and travel all over but this past vacation was amazing. The place had everything from chairs, to floats, to kayaks! We wanted something close to the beach with a pool and we were more then excited when the sun came up on that first morning. Great food across the street and very relaxing. Cant wait to go back. The staff were equally as nice and helpful.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying in the 1910 unit at Sarah's Seaside recently. You are instantly thrown into beauty with the vast joy "Jungle" like feel with the amount or plants and trees surrounding the properties. You can tell the owners really care. Once we got to our unit I was surprised that this could have gotten any better, but... THAT VIEW! Sunset right on the Gulf. Nothing in the world that can beat it and Gulfside does this just right. The rooms are exquisite and perfect for a comfy stay on the beach. I looked forward to each morning drinking my coffee on our balcony and enjoying the early ocean breeze... perfect. My wife and I booked our next visit before we left and I suggest you do the same.

My family just returned from our second stay at Sarah’s Seaside in Indian Rocks Beach FL. This was my 4th visit. This is my favorite place to vacation! This time we stayed in the 1910 Beach House snd it was very roomy for the 5 of us. It is decorated beautifully! We loved being just steps from the beach and pool. The complex is immaculate and beautifully kept! So many beautiful trees and flowers. The amenities are great (kayaks, bikes, cabanas, pool, umbrellas, laundry facilities, bbq grills). Many great restaurants within walking distance and a CVS for anything you forgot. Cant wait to go back!!

What a great vacation location. Steps from the beach, where padded lounge chairs and cabana are supplied. Kayaks/bikes and beach toys are also available for use. The grounds at Sarah's are beautiful, well kept and the foliage makes you feel like you are in the tropics, so many different palm tress, banana trees (that have bananas growing). Many different flowering plants. Pool that is shared within this small complex is very welcoming and relaxing. Rooms are spotless and very comfortable, well decorated and all the supplies for cooking your own meals if you want. Pam and I stayed in the Carriage House while my 2 sons and family with 3 children stayed in the Governors Main where the porch is shaded with great view of the beautiful sunsets. Great place for family vacation or reunion. Owners and staff and very nice, welcoming and available for any special needs. They will make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your time. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the vacation that will be in our memories for years to come.

Our family of 10 rented the Governors Main House and walkup in mid March 2023. It was perfection! The units were very clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Laundry facilities were a great bonus. We were able to eat together both indoors and outdoors . Our grandchildren ranged 3 years through 11 years. The area felt very safe and they were able to be more independent. Water toys were provided for the pool and beach; cabanas and umbrellas for the beach and great seating around the pool. The property is beautifully landscaped, lush and felt very private despite having neighbours in the other cottages. The location was wonderful and we took advantage of the proximity to Dunedin for baseball , Honeymoon Island for hiking and shelling, the numerous restaurants and of course, mini golf. The owners checked in to make sure that we had everything we needed. Throughout the entire process of booking, the contact was exceptional. (I have tried over three years to get here, but covid restricted access as we are from Canada). It was a perfect place!!
