If I could give them 0 stars I would. So many issues with this place. Largest size is about 10oz, no liquid sugar, fills the cup half way with ice, adds more cream than coffee. No time to have it remade, didn’t even try it because it looks disgusting. Teach your young staff to make coffee.

We ordered a coffee and they messed the order up and tried making us pay for a brand new coffee. and then wouldn’t let us talk to the person that took the order. and the lady also said if your trying to play me, we need to know next time you order your coffee be more specific. 10:00am 5-7-23… thought the customer was always right and they tried arguing with us that we were i. the wrong when we gave a specific order and we were nice and respectful…

2 years later, still slow and we ordered lattes, and they were 3/4 foam, and watery coffee. Guess they thought we wanted cappuccino s.

Love to go to pony on my treat days. The bagels are the best and the drinks are exceptional. The staff is always nice. I love the lotus drinks and the new cold foam creams! Definitely worth trying!

I hate the chipped ice for iced coffee and Italian soda looked amateur with the cream floating like oil in the ice. Needs 1/2 and 1/2 with a dome lid and whip topping. Not very soda-ish. Very nice employees, speedy, and cool little local drive through. Bagels are bomb too!

Nothing hits the spot more than a wrap with sausage and veggies ranch cream cheese. I also always trust the Barista's taste and love to ask for a surprise me every chance I get.
