We didn't sip the wine at the vineyard but came on a day Cousins Maine 🦞 truck was there. I ended up purchasing the blackberry wine and the "pear of D's" which were both sooo yummy! I also saw many people trying the frozen drinks and wanted one myself but didn't get it 🥺 either way! My hubby and I will be back for a date night 🌃 one day! Beware: the entrance/exit is one way so be careful coming onto/leaving the property!

This was my first time at any vineyard and Douglas Vineyards made my first time an unforgettable experience! The wine tasting is only $8 to taste 6 different types of wine. Most of their wines are sweet/fruity but they definitely offer some dry wines as well. My favorites were the Apple Sauce wine and the Summer Sangria. In addition to the wine, they also offer different cheeses, homemade jams, hot sauces and picked veggies. I purchased the Ghost Pepper hot sauce and the Mango Habenero hot sauce and I love them! The vineyard and the scenery were beautiful and I loved the outdoor seating. I am sure it's even more beautiful in the spring or summer time. In the times of Covid, I felt safe and the employees took all needed safety measures. The shop/bar building is kind of small so get there earlier in the day to avoid long lines for the tasting (6 at a time) and to properly social distance.

This place is gorgeous and the owners are incredible!! I could’ve talked with Denise all night. She is funny, energetic and just has the best personality! They allow you to sample 7 wines during the tasting and have an excellent selection. Try the blackberry and Summer Sangria!! I can’t wait to come back for one of their food truck and concert events!! Best winery ever!! They make you feel like one of the family!

If you like fruit flavored wines, this is the best you will find! Great location for small getaway, literally like a back yard setting. Small indoor area if Temps are cold.

The atmosphere is always relaxing and peaceful. Great spot for couples or a girls day. Enjoy a glass of Bitchin Blackberry and let your troubles go. Then take home a bottle or two.

Nice selection of wines. Frozen wine was great in the heat. Busy, so service was a little slow. Nice mom and pop place though. Quaint and relaxing.

👍👍 This is a small historic village. There are no guided tours. You walk around at your own pace. You can purchase map/book for $4 that tells you about the village from the General Store or read about it online. Most of the buildings are closed like the surveyors shop and post office.
