This
place
has
gone
down
hill
seriously
(mostly
new
staff).
Ms.
Cora
is
very
nice
and
always
have
been
but
the
customer
service
is
horrible!
When
calling
to
see
if
your
lenses
had
come
back
(as
they
were
not
in
stock
and
I
do
not
live
in
the
area),
the
young
lady
kept
acting
as
if
I
was
a
bother
to
her.
She
was
snappy
and
unprofessional.
When
they
finally
arrived
to
/pick
up
my
lenses,
(Ordered
10/6/23
delivered
to
the
store
on
10/18/23).
She
put
the
lenses
in
the
bag
and
handed
them
to
me
(as
if
to
hurry
me
away).
In
the
past
and
at
other
places,
they
invite
you
to
have
a
seat
to
be
sure
that
the
glasses
and/or
contacts
fit
you
comfortable.
So
I
asked
if
it
was
okay
for
me
to
put
on
the
lenses
in
the
back
at
the
desk.
The
other
thing
is
after
my
exam,
We
had
to
wait
until
our
name
was
called
to
check
out.
By
the
time
I
finished
my
exam,
there
were
a
few
people
ahead
of
me
that
had
not
been
called
yet.
Needless
to
say,
I
had
to
wait
my
turn
-
ugh!
The
staff,
particularly
the
young
lady
at
the
front
desk,
was
rude
with
apparently
no
customer
service
training,
I
realize
that
some
people
act
their
wage,
but
IF
you
take
the
time
to
teach
your
staff
great
customer
service,
you
are
more
likely
to
have
repeat
customers.
One
unimaginable
experience
(like
this),
can
cause
a
loyal
customer
who
has
bee
coming
for
years
to
find
someplace
that
knows
how
to
value
it's
customers
because
at
the
end
of
the
day,
there
is
plenty
of
competition
and
people
have
the
option
of
taking
their
hard
earned
money
or
insurance
someplace
where
they
are
appreciated.
I
was
truly
disappointed.
