I had to come here because another salon removed my acrylic overlay and were incapable of giving me my requested service. There was some confusion and unbecoming chatter amongst the techs for my mani/pedi. I did not feel comfortable or accommodated. Would have given a 3 star rating. Thank God for Mimi. She is so kind and graceful. She did an amazing job on my manicure and nails. I gave her a BIG tip. One of my nails slightly chipped 4 days later. Experience was OK.

I was greeted when I entered, and told him it was my first time as a customer. If you live in Brookland or Edgewood this is a great nail salon. Its spacious. The massage chair actually felt more powerful than other ones I felt before. Clean and relaxing experience. They had good music and my technician was the best. Ask for Thao, tell her you read my post! 😘 shes there on Friday, Saturday, Sunday- it’s best if you call ahead and make an appointment. I asked for a hot stone treatment and it was only an extra $10. Treat yourself! Ill be back as a customer! I didn’t get a picture of the pedicure chairs just because there were several people in them and I didn’t want to put their picture online . Veey spacious!

I went in to have my full set of acrylic nails removed. They told me it would be $15, I agreed and sat down. Nail tech grabbed a fake Nail end pushed it under the lifting acrylic and simply tore the entire Nail tip and acrylic off. I immediately stopped her and asked why she was doing that. I was paying to have them soaked off. I could have ripped them off myself. She signed as irritated that I was questioning her. She kept saying it's fine. No, it's not fine. The point of going to a salon to have them removed is to try and have less damage to your own Nail bed. Needless to say I walked out and will not go back. They did not apologize or offer me to stay and do it right.

Kayla did an amazing job with my Dip & Powder nails! She was meticulous and the shape of my nails that I requested was perfect! I'm only visiting in town so my sister referred my mother and I to her, we definitely will be back.

My nail technician, Hoa did a fantastic job! She is a really nice person and is very skilled in providing excellent customer services. I am very pleased with my mani pedi for the holidays!

I moved to Brookland a year ago and have been coming here for the last few months. I have had a few different nail artists but have had Tina the last few times and she’s amazing! Will likely keep going to her. I like my nails simple and she does a great job. Very meticulous and kind.

This place is awful. I made a 5 pm appointment a day prior and waited an hour for them to start working on my toes. Nobody cared to explain that they were behind and there would be a wait despite having an appointment until I requested a manager 30 minutes in. They’ve been rough with the drill and file because they are rushing. This has been an unprofessional experience to say the least. Other people that came in after me were taken immediately. This is my first and last time coming here.

They did such an amazing job! The guy was very gentle and took his time to make sure all my nails looked very smooth. He made the design beautifully and I could not be more happy with the results!

10/10! I am moving a couple blocks away to a new spot in a couple weeks and decided to explore the area and find myself a new local nail tech and I loved it! I called an hour before closing to see if I could walk-in and they were very accommodative! Got a gel fill-in and 3 nails repaired, color and sculpt was PERFECT! This will be my new spot and I am excited to try a gel pedicure next!
