The staff is really unfriendly and unhelpful. We bought a phone that wasn't on display and asked to see it but weren't even allowed to touch the package. Even when we said we wanted to buy it, we were still not allowed to touch the package, only after we paid it at the register. Crazy. And when returning an item, the worker spent the hole time cursing and swearing. Really unprofessional. If you can, just go to Deggendorf instead. There they are really nice and helpful and will open packages if the item is not on display and let you touch and explore items even if you don't buy them. In Deggendorf they really try to help you and advise you. In Landshut they just want to sell but have no interest in helping you and treat you like a criminal.

Quite well stocked store but loads of stuff available only online. Store workers seemed to be busy helping customers. The store has a big car park.

Dyson was sold out. The salesman was very helpful and friendly. But the cashier was unfriendly and not competent at all.

Good variety and staff friendly, but don't look for professional printing / computer / IT equipment here.
